What is everyone going to do if there is a lockout?

I think he is a guy you love to have on ur side but hate him if your a fan of any other team I need to look for the link but there was a recent ESPN poll of NFL players and I think 26% said they would want to play for Rex and that was the second highest % behind the "current coach" option. I think that speaks volumes about how well respected he us as a football mind and also about how he will go to bat for his players -

depending on the makeup of the team, there are a few i might take over him. Phil is a legend and top 5 for sure but im one of those who has to point out that hes always had the best player in the NBA and often has had the best 2 or best tandem at his disposal.

it doesnt make any sense what-so-ever burleson is a fine complement to CJ and that offense can be scary enough if Stafford stays healthy. Julio Jones might be great but hes not going to be what fills the stands in Detroit. Wins would do just as well and this team needs to keep building the proper way. they simply have much bigger needs.

ill be pissed the fock off but not due to a lack of fantasy football. ill be pissed because my team is truely exciting for the first time since the Parcells era and a wasted year will be tough to swallow. I don't want to see good young stars like Revis, Harris, Mangold and Ferguson miss a year of their careers. -
absolutely no way Detroit takes Julio Jones. This is a new Detroit trying to make a new image. The last thing they need is to draft another WR in round 1. And it wouldn't make any sense. Calvin Johnson is a beast and Burleson has proven to be a more than capable 2. Pettigrew looks like a solid TE. Wr should be one of the last things on their mind. I'll agree they want Prince but if he is gone, I think they should go O-line.

i agree with alot of what cruzer said. tho it could easily just be something in your swing needing time to adjust to the new set. Make sure your hands are not getting too far out in front of your body. Make a concerted effort to fire your hips thru at impact and get that clubhead lagging just a bit. are your shots going higher than youd like? this could be another sign that you might benefit from a stiffer shaft.

i thought this might be a list of court dates

probably the most obvious thing int he draft that Houston will go defense. JJ Watt, Prince Amukamara, or possibly Aldon Smith.
-
i know but it didnt sound like you were sure if that is what they did or not. and i had quoted a completely different sentence of yours. where you said they couldn't continue to do it for very long.

i agree with the theory just disagree with his estimated numbers. alot of high handicappers don't have poor swings because they are overcompensating for incorrect lofts and lie angles. They have a poor swing because they have a poor swing and were never taught properly or don't practice the correct moves enough. when they impact the ball and its a mishit, i think its much more likely that they have not gotten square or made the proper moves in their swing. Less likely that they are spot on but the club is off. as i said, length of shaft is the biggest one where people end up being standard unless you are very tall or very short. But even flat v. upright doesn't need to be adjusted as often as you would think. but getitng a fitting is still very important.

ofcourse they can. each customer is paying for an amount of bids. Most of beezids money comes from the purchased bid packs which im guessing more than makes up for the difference in the discounts they are offering on the products. so lets say you buy 30 bids at 60 cents each. You spent 18 dollars for the right to bid 30 times on various items. So lets pretend you use all 30 bids to win an item. Your winning bid is 50 dollars and the item is worth 100. You end up spending 50 dollars plus the 18 you spent for your bids. Thats 68 for you which represents a 32 dollar savings. But you also have to factor in how many other people bid and how much they spent on those bids. If a couple other people used 20-30 bids, beezid easily makes up the rest of the cost for the item you won.

Golf Playing since I was 9 played competitively in high-school and won a state championship. Worked 4 years in golf retail and 2 as an assistant at a club. Don't work in the industry anymore. That was more a hs and college thing but I think I can offer some knowledge on the board -

way too early in the season to worry about record. worry about what you're seeing from the players. the Sox will be fine. Tampa on the other hand, -

im sure there are plenty of people who lie about all of this stuff, but im betting there are those who tell the truth. My 1420 score was using my best scores from the 2 times i took the SAT's, which was allowed at the time.... not sure if that is still the case? I don't even think the SAT's are broken down between math and writing anymore i think there are more categories?? 1420 was 90th percentile for the nation i guess but it was lower from just my highschool. But I went to a very strong highschool. and no, i dont make 6 figures. But im 25.. i'll get there in time.

ok. i wasnt talking about the big names we see in commercials. Those guys have numerous endorsement deals and make up a very small % of people who clssify themselves as "pro's". they are the best of the best and can likely finish in the money in a large % of tournaments they play in. i'm talking about people who try to make a living playing poker. For the most part they are average joes. Basically anyone can call themselves a poker pro. And even good players, as im sure we have some great ones on this board, are not good enough to consistantly cash in larger tournaments. At least not enough to make a good living.

3 kids in my school alone got a 1600 so im guessing far more than 20 get a 1600 each year. but yes, it was just recently changed. I took mine in 2002 and 1600 was max. My score was 1420
-
you think you can make a living strictly playing in poker tournaments, with no cash games? maayyyybe, but that seems like alot of hours to put in with way more potential for no income. I know more than a few people who play poker "professionally" and none of them strictly play tournaments.

i think its pretty obvious that Tiger doesn't care what some queer on an internet message board thinks. but you do have to admit that Tiger seems to pout and whine about alot. Did you catch him throwing his mini tantrum early in the round yesterday when someone made a noise on his downswing? my biggest complaint with Tiger has always been his attitude. Especially post scandal where he just acts like he deserves everything. Hell, he even said (in one of his scripted apologies) that he felt he deserved the life he was living. and ive been to enough pga events to get a feel for how he acts with the fans in comparison to many of the other top stars. Ive only been to one, post scandal and he was more fan friendly but that is obviously forced.
