    Diggs

I mean Harvey is still second fiddle to Dobbins and I doubt that changes until an injury. Johnston has been great but I think we are all waiting for him and Allen to come back down to earth a bit as Ladd rises. everyone was salivating over Chase Brown in round 2, so I assume there are people who anticipate a bounce back even without Joe cool.

    League Integrity?

Sounds like a nothing burger and an inexperienced owner. Assuming the commish is not the same owner who dropped Lamar (because I think you would have highlighted that and I also don't think anyone running a league would make this mistake), just because dropping a player is a separate action on CBS doesn't mean it can't accidentally be done. Let's say newbie owner has had Lamar in as his starting QB ever since the draft, when sites auto generate your initial starting lineup post draft. Perhaps he thought he had to "DROP" lamar from his starting lineup in order to replace him with Dak. It may sound like a long shot and crazy that someone could make that mistake but it could happen, especially when people are doing things quickly on their phones. I commish a relatively new league where my cousin plays and last year was his first time ever playing fantasy. I've had to walk him through how waivers work a few times and he is 3-1 and leading the league in points so far this season. Main questions to ask are 1. Was the drop done on its own or part of an add/drop? If done on it's own, 100% believable that it was accidental. 2. Is there any legit reason to believe he was dropping Lamar so that a buddy could pick him up (collusion)? In the end, nothing really came of it. Lamar being put back on his roster is the most palatable outcome regardless of the intentions behind the drop. Only reason to be miffed about it at all is if you thought you were going to get Lamar based on having the top Waiver priority.

  8. allow me to turn it into a racist thread instead. This was talked about years ago, that with increasing awareness to things like CTE, as well as the general beating football players subject their bodies to, that parents would stop allowing their kids to play and steer them toward other sports and the NFL would become flag football. I disagreed then, and I disagree now and my rationale will 100% come off as racist. Basically, I think we have already seen a shift in more affluent areas where kids are leaning toward baseball, basketball, lacrosse, soccer, etc etc. Some really talented kids may not wind up playing college football or NFL because they have other options or academics... But there will always been a stream of talent funneling to the NFL from areas where kids use sports as a way out. And if little Marshawn Lynch is talented enough to go pro in basketball, maybe he will, but if he is clearly most talented at football, no one is going to stop him or steer him in another direction. the NFL (and now college) is how they will feed dey families (and the other people who latch onto them)

    Was it tom Brady?
  11. Plenty of teams starting QB's are not even good enough to be out there as starters, I just think Cincy's situation at 2-0 with all the weapons they have would call for someone more experienced to try and keep them in the playoff hunt until Burrow could possibly be back (maybe with 3 games to go). As I mentioned before, Browning just doesn't have much experience despite being an almost 30 year old NFL player. Browning graded out as worse than a backup last night per PFF. To be fair, the entire offensive line did as well but that is also why I believe there is a strong case to be made for a more veteran signal caller. I stated before that maybe there was not a huge difference bringing in a Jameis Winston, but i've changed my mind on that.

Who is Bad Bunny? SB Half Time Show Performer 2026

I cant tell you a single song of his or what his music even sounds like. All I know is he was Happy Gilmore's caddy. That said, I still know who he is and I assume some people in this thread acting like "who?" are full of shit. I know enough to know he is very popular. Obviously not among the 55-70 year olds at FFT but are we surprised? The NFL continues to do woke. Kendrick Lamar, Usher, Rihanna, Dre/Snoop/Mary J/Eminem/Kendrick Lamar, The Weeknd, Shakira/J-lo... gotta go back to 2019 to find a white halftime performer. So Kendrick did it twice, sort of, in a 4 year span... so that shouldn't be an issue. And I don't care the race of the performer. Love Shakira, like Rihanna, like Usher... just pointing out that this has been the NFL's script since 2020. I am sure they would have preferred Swift, but that's also about as liberal as you can get and as has already been pointed out, most performers are going to be that side anyway. I just don't think you were ever going to see Bieber, Sheeran, Post Malone or even god forbid go back to Coldplay , or Maroon 5. the NFL is so huge that I am not sure you can even claim conservatives make up a majority of it's fanbase anymore. It's not like its all cornfed, hillbilly white guys tuning in on Sundays. The NFL has done a solid job of broadening it's fanbase either purposefully (international reach) or accidentally (Swift).

    ***2025 EdEx Ryder Cup Draft***

USA just doesn't excel at a team format. It's not shocking at all that they get rocked in the team matches and then storm back when they can play matches by themselves. Not to take anything away from any of the guys who made the US team, but obviously LIV has impacted things and we are probably seeing certain guys elevate now that fields are a bit weaker in general. I am not saying the US is missing out on guys over at LIV but when the PGA events no longer have Bryson,Rahm,Hatton,Brooks,Niemann,Smith,Reed,Ancer,etc... US needs to shake things up and use a captains pick on someone like Reed. Everyone hates him. Great. Find one easy going USA guy who you can pair him with and let him be our Poulter again. (he is 7-3-2)

my two other user names total less than 200 posts. I'll leave it up to you to do the math, if you can. Seafoam and Utilit alone combine for over 59,000 posts in about an 8 year span. Yikes . Is that around the time your life took a downward turn? Sorry guy. Things will get better

    *** 2025 Draft and Season Discussion ***

It was all brooks raley. I considered picking him up yesterday for holds and didn’t. That cost me the holds point. Then I add and play him today and he cost me the loss cat and you flipped the WHIP. So would have been 7-7 edit: I see you tied up saves so I feel better as you would have won 7-6 anyway

    *** 2025 Draft and Season Discussion ***

Why would the schedule be unbalanced? Do we play every other team a certain amount of times? There are 22 regular season weeks so I guess we do play every other team twice but how did this work when we had 14 teams? 16? I don't even pay much attention to who I am going up against each regular season week. I just try to win the most categories to add to my tally. i think the format is great. Last time I was in a title game i lost to burt, i dont remember how many years ago that was but i definitely don't remember this same issue. I'm sure we had a player being rested here or there, or a pitcher being saved for the post season but now even eliminated teams are just shutting guys down to not risk injury for next year. Curious if other recent title game contestants felt the same.... I brought it up now so if/when I lose no one thinks i'm complaining for myself. It just honestly feels nothing like any other week of what myself and RHR did to get here. Just a week ago, setting a lineup felt normal.

    *** 2025 Draft and Season Discussion ***

I’m going to rant now just so it’s clear that I recognize both teams playing in the title game are dealing with the same issues. since I have not been in a title week in a long time, and don’t remember it being this bad, we have to shorten the regular season next year. I’m literally having starting pitchers, aces, go 3 innings because their team is either eliminated or already clinched with nothing to play for. I’ve got stud hitters sitting for the same reason, scrambling to find scrubs to put in to get some production. Basically playing a title week with nothing close to the team that got me here and I assume the Padres are in the same situation. It’s gross. :end rant:

    First 'Real' Draft of 2025

Not counting the leagues made from the FFToday mock drafts. Have a field day, tear it apart Long running 12 team, PPR, start 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1FLX. We draw order minutes before go time. I picked 8th. Yes, Barkley fell to 8th. QB: Fields, Prescott RB: Barkley, Kamara, Kaleb Johnson, Ford, Shipley WR: London, Evans, Ridley, Rice (i know, i know.. I couldn't resist the luxury pick), K. Allen TE: Andrews, Waller K: Fairbairn DST: Seattle I would have to go back and look at what picking Rice realistically cost me. It was a dead spot in the draft where I was not ready to pull the trigger on a Bo Nix and the next tier of TE's has not yet started. Unfortunately I missed Njoku and had to settle for Andrews. Ancient team for sure, older than I planned
