SNF Discussion: 49ers at Bills - Week 13
plasma george replied to Mike FF Today's topic in FFToday Board
Didn't St. Brown get a hook and ladder TD earlier this season ? I believe the other WR got the reception and yards (from the catch), an St Brown got rushing yards and a rushing TD. -

Yes, a batted pass is different, that wasn't a reception by another player, that's happened before, but this reception and lateral, not a forward pass. Cooper made the reception, but Allen gets awarded receiving TD ?...that's what makes no sense. -

Where do you see NFL.com agrees ? If the NFL agrees then the stat line should be corrected on Tuesday -
SNF Discussion: 49ers at Bills - Week 13
plasma george replied to Mike FF Today's topic in FFToday Board
I thought he was wrapped up by two defenders, and his forward progress stopped, the play was over.....I think he was pushed back at least one yard, maybe two. -
Hoping Lawrence is OK, Engram is better with him, they also played tough Texans D. Great Username, What was Doc Browns dog's name in 1955 ?

Also dumb they didn't blow the play dead, he was wrapped up and being pushed backwards. -

League mates are freaking out. Does seem odd. Is that the official NFL rule ? Thought it would be Allen rushing TD, Josh received a backwards lateral, not a forward pass, and not a batted back pass that he ran for a TD. He would get the receiving yards for the distance his forward pass traveled, but not credit for a passing TD. -
FWIW, I’m starting Taylor over Swift with confidence for a nice matchup Dallas at home on TurkeyDay and new QB may not be a good gamescript for NY rushing
-
I so wanted to start Tua after last week, but seeing his stats in the cold I’m going with Herbert with his chitty WRs
-
I keep playing him, he has flashes of speed and moves, but the thing with Taylor is Gamescript. The Indy offense sucks, they got 6 points last week, playing from behind, even though Taylor stays in on passing downs, unlike Henry/Robinson. Successful FF RBs need to be on good teams that win, and can lean on the running game, and many Redzone/Goaline opportunities.

I'm holding Engram with hopes his numbers get better when Trevor plays, I did pickup Dissly for this week over Knox. I also have Kraft who didn't get a catch last week.
-
Good to know, Adams on a Bye so I have to play Tillman.

TNF Discussion: Commanders at Eagles - Week 11

If the Birds keep dominating with running attack and being ahead of teams the gamescript works against both Dev and AJ But yes AJ gets way more looks than Dev -
TNF Discussion: Commanders at Eagles - Week 11

As a Dev owner, it's frustrating, he's standing alone in the EndZone, and Hurts won't throw it. Seems like he looks for his first read only and if he's not wide open, tucks and runs, and won't throw it downfield and let the play develop. Coaching, AJ needs to be the possession short stuff, and Smith the downfield burner, they have it the other way around. -
Starting him over Mr. Runningclearoutroutes Addison.
-
I’d lean Rodgers , just heard Tyreek didn’t practice Friday or Saturday and is GTD I'm now leaning Herbert
-
I'm benching Engram for Gesicki, Backup QB means less scoring chances, less Red Zone visits, simple as that.

Burrow or Daniels WK 10 PPR

Why would you consider Daniels over Burrow ? -
Kelce or Gesicki WK 10 PPR
plasma george replied to Captain Goomy Noomy Roo's topic in A Little Help!
That's a nice option to have, FWIW, I'm starting Gesicki over Engram, with Higgins still Out and now Lawrence Out. -

What an entertaining game to watch especially if you started Otton -
FF wise, I drafted Adams and was very thankful he moved to Jets with Rodgers. It seems odd he didn't have immediate impact, with all their history. I have to keep starting him, figuring Adams just needs more time to learn the Playbook.

UPDATE: Anthony Richardson isn't 'That' Good - Flacco Will Start Week 9

Guess I'm wearing my black signed Ravens #5 ! Talked to him a few times on NJ beach, he was throwing passes to my then 13yo son, such a nice guy to chat with little ole me. This was in the offseason after this SB run, he said he has another SB in him, thought it was last year. -
The NFL product on the field across the board - GARBAGE
plasma george replied to lod001's topic in FFToday Board
Agreed, but NHL is worse with shootout endings, almost every NBA game becomes Fouls and Timeouts to try and "manufacture" a Win. The DB who tipped it was taunting the Redskins fans prior. Like Jim Nantz said, that ending was a Miracle. and that was only one game yesterday. 80 yards, 25 seconds, no timeouts. Feel sorry for fans that didn't get to see it Live, maybe pumpkin picking is more fun. -

Another amazing Sunday of NFL games, still can't believe the Redskins/Bears ending, and many other dramatic games, we were going nuts, High Fives all around. I guess some people prefer the Hallmark Channel. -

We watch every game, on our 120" Theater screen, with brothers, and we always say it's better than anything else we watch (Sports, Shows, Movies, etc) We were also players into our 20s, these guys are like Gods to us, for non athletes that only watched, and never stood in a huddle, I get it.
