Dylan Mulvaney is mocking women, is not an example of women.
SUXBNME replied to edjr's topic in The Geek Club
What is Dylan Mulvaney's net worth? According to several sources, Dylan's current net worth as of 2024 stands somewhere around $2 million, though some speculate it might even be higher. It's understandable, given that she has over 10 million followers on TikTok as of this writing and has appeared in several sponsored posts. -

An urgent message from Betsy Reed, editor of the Guardian US, 19 March 2024 It’s not surprising, but it is now clear: this November’s election will be Donald Trump v Joe Biden – again. As we enter one of the most consequential news cycles of our lifetimes, I wanted to ask if you would consider supporting the Guardian’s journalism. The media will play a critical role in shaping the outcome of this election – and this time, journalists must get it right. There are two important ways the Guardian differs from many organizations in the US media bubble: • First, we are unafraid to say plainly that American democracy is facing a unique historic threat. Instead of obsessing about who’s up and who’s down, our journalists are acutely focused on the real stakes – the fact that fundamental human rights, our democracy and the fate of the planet are all on the line. • Second, we are keenly aware of how the media can be manipulated to promote political agendas. Our election coverage is, in many ways, defined by what we choose not to cover: false scandals drummed up by opposition researchers, lies and misinformation, and “he said-she said” stories without adequate context. The reason we are different is simple: we are an independent global news organization with no billionaire owner or shareholders to please. We are not being pushed by anyone to amp up false scandals for clicks, or cover the election like a reality TV contest. Our reporters are committed to journalistic rigor, factual accuracy and uncovering the truth. The majority of our funding comes from readers like you. Without democracy, there can be no free press – and without a free press, there is no democracy. You can help safeguard both by supporting the Guardian as we prepare to cover this consequential election. It’s quick and any amount helps. Thank you, Betsy Reed Editor, Guardian US Contribution frequency One-time Monthly Annual Contribution amount $5 per month $13 per month Other Continue Remind me in May

You Can Vote For Any President In The Last 50 Years (Who Gets Your Vote ?)
SUXBNME replied to BeenHereBefore's topic in The Geek Club
Imperial County experienced the largest shift in top-of-the-ticket voting behavior between 2016 and 2020. Four years ago, only a quarter of voters in California’s most southeasterly county backed Trump. This year, the president picked up more than 35%. The reason that’s notable: More than 80% of Imperial County’s population identifies as Latino, which makes it the most heavily Latino county in the state. From the tip of Florida, along the Texas-Mexico border all the way to Calexico, Trump outperformed his 2016 numbers in many Latino-majority regions of the country. It’s still too early to explain exactly why this happened, but it’s a national phenomenon and California seems to be part of it. Pretty interesting article from 2020 https://calmatters.org/politics/2020/11/trumpiest-anti-trump-counties/ -
