Yep. We don't have the option for gas on my street which doesn't bother me one bit. I plunked down close to 20k for new HVAC system last spring and during the summer, with the A/C kept at 72 degrees 24/7 and we never topped $150.00 per month. Wintertime we average about $100.00 (wood burning stove helps...Haven't turned on the heat yet this winter)
