I'm actually meh on Ministry. Saw part of their set when they were opening act on Alice Cooper / Rob Zombie tour last year. Not my jam. Lindemann / Rammstein is focking nuts so I'm (bi) curious.

I feel like the trailer gives waaaaaayyyyy too much away. Not knowing the kid has his tongue cut out would've been a nice surprise. Showing that in the trailer sure seems like a major spoiler.

Between the Priest and Maiden shows I need to figure out which acts to see on the two days I'm attending at Aftershock. With 5 different stages it's hard to tell exact timing of when bands go on so I'll end up having to skip some acts when there is a conflict. Headliner on Thursday is Slayer. Will probably end up having to miss Pantera due to timing. Ministry and Till Lindemann performing on same stage as Slayer so will probably just camp out there. Friday headliner is Slipknot. Never really listened to them but heard they put on a good show. Want to catch Mastodon as they are always good but again might have to skip. Just noticed Dropkick Murphys are playing Friday so I'll check them out!

I was a huge fan back in the 80s but sadly I never got a chance to see them in concert. Finally saw them right after COVID. Wasn't going to at first since Rob Halford is of course an old fawker now and was fearing it would be sad, but I finally figured why not. So glad I went as it was a phenomenonal show. Any doubts I had about his voice were immediately blown away. Btw - the audio book of his autobiography is really good. He does the reading.

Just bought me and the kids tix for Maynard's Sessanta v2.0 tour (Primus/Puscifer/A Perfect Circle) next June. Last week my son grabbed us all tickets for Dream Theater's 40th Anniversary Tour in February. Will be good to see DT with Mike Portnoy back in the lineup. Also nice that the kids can pay for their own tickets as this sh1t ain't cheap!
