I feel your pain! It's a double poke in the ass for me, though, since my opponent also has Brady.

You'll also get an automatic 15 yd penalty if you even touch Tom Brady. Totally BS call against Fletcher.

It's always a concern that your studs may be sat in the final week of the regular season. It's for this very reason that most leagues start their playoffs early enough to avoid this very issue. Good luck!

I was in the same boat w/ Harvin. Seems like he was just waiting for me to cut his ass before turning it on.

We do the same thing in our 12-team league, except the picking order is based on where you finished the previous year (i.e. worst team chooses first, championship team chooses last). An added wrinkle in our league is that we can decide if we'd like to keep 1 player. If you do keep a player then he counts as your 1st round pick, so that adds a bit to the strategy.

Looks like it worked (for Stafford at least).

It could be worse. You could've started Stafford, Calvin, and HANSON like me. All those penalties to take them out of FG range, and then he misses his only attempt. Edit: I wish he got me a goose egg. That miss is negative points in my league.
