I've already had a 12 pack of Becks tonight plus a shot for each TD that Arizona scored against BYU (4). Sad to say I'm drinking a Coors Light right now (that's all the beer I have leftover from a poker party I held back in October).

Kinda surprised it had already not been taken.

I'm sorry; I thought you said you moved somewhere nice to live. How are those 115 degree days in the summer treatin' ya? And don't give me any crap that it's a dry heat, because I lived two years in Tucson going to the U of A and I have relatives that live in Goodyear now.

Same as last year: $6,000 before taxes. Company has decided to freeze salaries, reduce profit sharing, and keep bonuses the same.

One thing we know for sure: You won't be driving there in a Charger. -
$4.23 is the lowest I've seen here in SoCal. I get a fax every morning for the wholesale prices (I purchase fuel for the company) and that was at $3.70 on Friday. Usually prices at the retail pumps are pretty close to that, but this time they seem to be taking their time lowering the prices...nah, they're not gouging us...

So......how did you enjoy your stay in the Maricopa County jail? More importantly, how long do you have to register as a sex offender?

Angel fans: you know what I'm talkin' about.

Very obscure...Gregory's Girl. A Scottish film made in 1981. Not only is it a lot of fun, but it will also make you want to book a trip to Scotland ASAP.

I find it ironic that the white supremist stronghold that is Idaho is represented by a sista.

Looks like a nice place, Kihei is pretty small, so if you want to eat out, you'll have to go to Wailea or Lahaina. But with a full kitchen in the condo, I'm sure you'll be making your own meals. You do have to try plate lunch at least once though. There's a place near the airport called Da Kind (I think there's also a location in Wailea) that has great BBQ. Depending on what time your plane lands, that makes for a great first meal. Also, spend the extra bucks and get a convertable. You'll love it for the drive to Hana (which you should start no later that 8:00 in the morning).

I went in mid-May of '05. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton at Kapalua for six nights. While it was a nice experience for the most part, there are a few problems there. Traffic for the most part is terrible. If your condo is any distance away from Lahaina, be prepared to sit in traffic. The island is also very crowded, and June is going to be one of the busier months. Also, Maui has cracked down hard on people renting out their homes to vacationers, so make sure that the condo you plan to rent has the proper permit. Many people have lost their money on rentals that weren't legal. Must see's are the drive to Hana, scuba diving (if applicable), and sunrise at Haleakala (with a bike ride back down the mountain).

...and Leon is getting larger...

Too bad it will never look like that again.

Might want to check the source of your quote; according to the website Truth or Fiction, not Leno so much. Truth or Fiction -
...and during one of the commercial breaks they have a commercial for Mercedes Benz advertising a car that has a base price of over $52,000. Do they run commercials like these for you guys in your market? It seems like the kind of people that could afford this car is pretty small.

Again, have to say: Not answering my original question so much. But thanks for the input.

Why didn't Walters take that last shot??? Oh, what could have been! Also, had a great chance to take down Stanford in Tucson, but again, poor choices at the the end.

I do realize the streak at 23, but as both of us are Wilbur alumni, we both know UofA has NO chance of winning the championship. Personally, I'd like to see the end of the "Lute" era, and the start of a new regime. I think them missing the tourney this season would define that line.
-
And as an ardent Sparky hater, I'd love to agree with you. However, in this case, I think you're wrong.

But the win against OSU tomorrow is just about a given (also making OSU the first team to go 0-fer in Pac 10 history), giving them a .500 mark in the toughest conference in the country. They're in.
-
USC is in, as is ASU (and it hurts me to say that as a UofA alumni). UofA is going to need a win against Oregon or a win of the Pac 10 tourney.
-
Pac 10 gets six, possibly seven; depending on the conference tourney.
