    Keeper- Rodgers or Graham?

Agreed on Graham. I think it's close enough at the top for QBs to get a close enough replacement to Rodgers. Same can't be said for Graham.

Need help with Keepers - get to pick 3

Haha, no idea why I put tight end. Too much fantasy football makes Homer go something something... Thanks guys
  3. As the title says, I am in a keeper league that gets to keep 3 players. I am currently looking at Demarco Murray for a 2nd round, Victor Cruz for a 3rd, Dwayne Bowe for a 7th, and Michael Crabtree for an 11th. The main thinking with Crabtree is when he comes back, possibly next year, I'll have a potential top tight end in the 11th. I think Bowe is a lock for me. Problem comes with the decision of Cruz or Murray. Both are a little ahead of where I would like to take them, but I assume RB talent will be thin. Don't have much else I can keep, outside of a busted Percy Harvin and Maclin in the 5th and 6th rounds, or Brady in the 1st. Thanks for the help, and I will be more than happy to reciprocate.

    Debating this trade

I was just offered a trade in my league, my McFadden for his Collie/Branch/Torain. I don't necessarily want to give up McFadden, but I could use the help from Collie, and I have decent rbs. For WRs, I currently have Andre Johnson, Royal, Driver, Anthony Armstrong, Brandon Tate, and Patrick Crayton, and I start 3. For Rbs, I have Mendenhall, Best, Blount, and McFadden, and I can start 2. I know McFadden has been very strong for most of the season, and I am worried about the loss in production. But then again, with Michael Bush being back, I wonder if that will hurt his usage going forward. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I will respond to any links.

    First time Commish here

I feel for you! I am in a league that has scoring for return yards, and apparently a few owners didn't read the scoring system before drafting. Now they are bitching about the scoring, and want to add points per reception (in week 2!) so that returners don't score more than their offensive players. Well, that's all fine and good, but considering I drafted returners due to reading the scoring before the draft, I was more than a little upset. And our Commish is actually allowing a vote on it, that blew me away. Stick to your guns, the rules as set out before the draft should always be the draft!

Debating a trade for a QB in a 2 QB league

Anyone else? He has also mentioned he might be willing to trade Ray Rice too, but I'm not sure what I should give up for Rice/Ryan.

    PPR league. Moreno for Forte

Both have their risks. Moreno has Buckhalter there, and Forte needs to have the Bears run more. I tend to agree that Forte will do something soon, because the current offensive gameplan isn't working for them.

    Pick 2 of 4 RB

I would say Rice and Turner. Turner has been doing pretty well recently, and while I consider Rice and Jackson fairly similar, Rice is scoring touchdowns. Although being a Detroit fan, this might end up being the week Sjax lights it up. It's tough, but I would still say Rice.
  9. I am in a league that starts 2 QBs, 3 wrs, 2 rbs, 1 te, 1 wr/rb, and 1 wr/te. I am not sure if I should make a trade or stay with my current QBs. The person who owns Matt Ryan said he would be interested in a trade. Currently on my roster I have Warner, Alex Smith, Matthew Stafford, and Vince Young for QBs. I have Colston, VJackson, DJackson, Sims-Walker, Nicks, Santana Moss, Crayton (Crayton is useful because we get a point per 15 yards on returns if he takes up return duties again). For RBs, I have Portis, Barber, Forte, Mendenhall, and Shonn Greene. I was trying to figure out if giving up 2 of my QBs and a WR/RB would be worth it to pick up Ryan to pair with Warner, or should I stay and hope that Smith, Stafford, or Young pan out close to what Ryan can offer? I could afford to give up a WR, but I can start 5 with the flex options, so having the depth is nice (I rarely put a TE in flex, and my RBs have not done so well outside of Mendenhall). So does anyone have any advice? Trade, not trade, or is there some other move I should look for? I know Braylon and Jamaal Charles are on waivers too, so do I try and unload some depth and pick them up to replace? Thanks for any help, and I will respond to any links left.

Who should I start at my flex position?

I would say Rice too. Maclin came alive for one week, but I bet he gets more attention moving forward, and there are a lot of targets in Philly. Rice has been fairly consistent for a WR, and likely gives you the best chance to get some points, even though Maclin may have a higher ceiling.

Trade Help Vincent Jackson for Jason Campbell?

    Cool, thanks for the advice.
  12. Looking at whether I should trade Vincent Jackson for Jason Campbell. QBs in our league score 1 pt per 15 yards, and all tds are worth 8 points. We start 2 QBs, and my first one is Kurt Warner. My other 3 are Jake Delhomme, Matthew Stafford, and Josh Johnson. I'm not terribly sold on Campbell, but he seems to be doing decent for a QB2. For my other WRs, I have Colston, Desean Jackson, Braylon Edwards, Santana Moss, Mike-Sims Walker, and Jeremy Maclin. I can also switch out one of the WRs for a RB in the flex (I have Portis, Forte, Barber, and Mendenhall/Parker). Do you think Campbell is a big enough improvement over Stafford, Delhomme, and Johnson to give Vincent Jackson up for? Thanks for any help, and I will respond to any links.
  13. It isn't a public league, and I know both owner's. It is a league I set up for some people at school just to have something fun to do during the long fall season at law school. There are people of all levels of knowledge in fantasy football, so in this case the one team just took advantage of the other teams lack of knowledge. The one owner is pissed at me though (I can understand it, I'd be upset too if I thought I just snagged a great trade for myself and the commish said no)

    Need WR Help badly

I definitely like Cotchery here. I would say Holmes, as CLE looked pretty bad on D from what I saw on TV. If you don't feel comfortable with Ben's ability to get the ball to Holmes, then I would take Jackson. He looked pretty good, and Cincy as a whole looked pathetic, thus concerning me with Housh.
  15. The trade is Marshawn Lynch for Crumpler/Mason. The team trading Lynch has Housh, Jennings, Roddy White, and Joey Galloway at WR and Vernon Davis and Randy McMichael at TE. By giving up Lynch, his only RBs are Addai, Mcgahee, and Chester Taylor. We start 1 WR, 2RB, 1 W/T, and 1 W/R. I have had a couple other teams ask me to review the trade, and I am a little torn. I don't like to interfere, but the trade does look a little unfair as one team gives up Lynch for two players that likely won't make his starting lineup. Any ideas?
