Crypto will be part of a strategic reserve. We also keep oil, gold, grain, and food, including cheese in a strategic reserve. I own all of the crypto he listed other than (XRP and Eth). Personally, I think the reserve should be BTC only. I don't like adding these other coins, especially XRP Millions of people own crypto. I literally made enough yesterday to buy a new truck. 1. Nobody is safe, but I should be fine. 2. It's an aggressive way to cut. There will be mistakes but when you believe you need to cut as much as you do. Mistakes will be made. 3. The plan includes consolidating offices so people will leave when their work moves across the country. Some will move with the job. It's a very interesting time. Nobody has done anything as large scale as this. If I survive the process I expect things to be very different in 4 years. Politically this will hurt Vance in 2028. When whole towns die because the local federal office was moved to a different state people will blame the administration. I don't think the money saved will sway people. It's why congressmen fight so hard for their federal work force.

Obama actually attempted to do that. The reason it doesn't work is that over that time frame, everyone gets an exception. Federal employees are good for the local economy. Those economies reside in congressmen's and senators' districts. People losing jobs in their districts is bad for their re-election campaigns so they fight to keep them. After it's all said and done nobody gets cut and often the bureaucracy gets bigger. Trump DNGAF he's not up for reelection. He wants to cut so he's taking a meat clever to everything. By the time all the lawsuits get settled, sure some will get hired back but most will have moved on.
