Why is everyone so soft? One of my employees a grown man in his 40s said he lost sleep because I was mean to him over email and didn't appreciate it. We only have to come into the office one day a week and I have to fight with half my team to get them to come into the office. I don't like it but one day is more than fair imo. I have people saying they can't come in because of anxiety. Dude broke down crying cause his wife's leaving him. This is a little understandable People complain their team leader is mean to them. Wtf happened? -
