I don't see him taking those guys for Martin. Maybe offer up Cook/Murray for CJ2K? Or hell, go after a "hurt" Reggie Bush if this is a PPR league.

@cheesesteaks, Having the last pick on the waivers means I won't get a chance to get any of the hot players this week. I'd be picking up players strictly for depth. Looking at TE Clay, RB Powell, RB Pierce, WR Wright... But when I really think about it, there really isn't anyone that has higher upside than the guys I currently have.

Would I be hurting my team much if I drop Montee Ball and Alshon Jeffrey off of my team? I feel there may be better options on the wire to replace these guys, that may give me better depth (team in sig) Thoughts?

I vote yes. See mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=408745

Hey guys. I have a potential trade in the works. My league is a PPR league and also gives 1pt per 10 return yards. I have been offered Griffin III and Lynch for Rivers and Sproles. I feel I need an upgrade at QB, but I'd hate to lose Sproles due to the fact he was the 2nd highest scoring RB in our league last year. Is this an even trade? He actually has Matt Ryan also. Should I push for Ryan and Lynch instead? Or stick to my current team? (team in signature) I really need advice guys. Thanks in advance. I'll try answering yours also!

I agree. Try offering him up Cobb/Bradshaw and maybe even offer up Brown, and ask for an additional player. See mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=408458

Just to mix it up, I'd start Amendola, Floyd and Bowe. As a Bears fan I see him running across the middle, racking up many catches and yac. Right now Urlacher just hasn't been the same since the knee injury. I don't see Amendola scoring though.

Morris over Mathews. Although a small sample size, you know Morris will get 20+ carries. Whether they're in the red zone though is another story.
-
I would also go with Flacco in this case. mcdumbiels still is still figuring out what to do with all his new toys in NE, to the point that the offense still hasn't gotten into it's groove. Meanwhile Flacco and the new no huddle has been moving the ball really well.
-
Sorry, the lineup doesn't show up on my phone. I agree, that if you want to carry him, drop a defense.
-
He is worth stashing on your bench if you have the spot. We'd need to know what your roster looks like, to give you a better opinion.

Whom should I start? Romo vs TB or Brady vs. BAL? I am leaning towards Romo since I also have Bryant and Murray. Thoughts?
-
I am leaning towards starting Floyd or even Breaston over Nicks. My fear is the NYJ will be motivated thanks to all Giants receivers talking smack about the DBs on the Jets. http://espn.go.com/new-york/nfl/story/_/id/7377654/new-york-giants-not-put-new-york-jets-darrelle-revis-pedestal

I am thinking of dropping Bennett and picking up and starting Wayne as my #3 WR. Is he a better option than Nate Washington or Heyward-Bey this week? Team is in the sig. Thanks in advance.

I am leaning towards AJ. Too many backs in the NO backfield... that plus they'll throw the ball on the goal line. Nelson, Starks, and Ware don't get enough looks. Here's mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=396741

I would go with AJ also. The Texans will throw and who better to throw to. Here's mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=396741

I know I am going to get bashed for this, but in my 7 or 8 years or playing FF, I've never once considered keeping a kicker through his bye week. The question I have is do I drop Kasay and pick someone off the WW, or drop Ballard and pick up a one week kicker replacement?

A little help choosing my scrubbs this week
tacvbos replied to Dunken Plums's topic in A Little Help!
Is Vince Young even going to start? Vick hasn't been ruled out yet. I would start Flacco since he has a noon kickoff. You can't afford to wait till Sunday night to find out that Vick is going to start and Young isn't. -
The way I prevent tanking, is that whoever wins the "Toilet Bowl" gets first pick next year. This works for us because it is a keeper league, and we've had the same owners for the last 3 years. If you have the same guys playing every year, then this may work for you. It keeps everyone paying attention until the very end.
-
Keep what you have. Handcuffs are good to have, but not a must. How many backs can you start? Chances are you'll be starting AP and SJax the rest of the way (except this week), with maybe Wells as a flex (if you have a flex) The guys on your bench are better than any backup the Cardinals may have. When hurt, Wells' replacements didn't really set the world on fire. Plus it looks like he may play this week, since he toughed it out last week vs the Ravens.

It looks like you need help at RB, but I feel you're giving up too much for AJ. Although Greene is playing well lately, Nelson has been inconsistent (I know he may be averaging double digits). Maybe flip Lloyd and Hernandez for Greene?
-
I need help. Do I start Greene or Battle?

I'd go with Brown. Especially if you get points for ret yds. He has been getting more looks in the passing game also. Please check mine at: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=394623

I'd go with Morris also. Best hasn't practiced this week.
