I got a window company coming to my house this evening to give me a presentation. I know the president has a plan going on where if you buy energy effecient items, you can claim a percentage of the amount on your taxes. My questions are... Can it be any energy efficient window or it it a certain brand of window you have to buy? What is the exact percentage you can claim? (labor I know, is not included in the Obama plan)

I agree somewhat. I was under the assumption that everyone would be benching their #2 guy for Ray Ray, not their studs. I have DWill as my starter. Regardless of who he is playing, he is starting. But your Ronnie Browns, Willie Parkers, LJs, and McFaddens are all very benchable players and I don't consider them stud status

...and if you start your stud and he doesn't perform and Ray Rice goes off....somethin tells me you'll feel like an ass as well. right? What kind of an analogy was that?

Tis the season where grills and smokers start getting marked down. I have a small boxed verticle smoker (similar to a small refrigerator) and am looking to upgrade. I saw some of those grillin/ smokin combos with the fire box attached to the side at a Westlake Hardware Store. I have heard that those things don't work very well, cuz the elements have to be just right for the fire box to take in the air and push it through the smoking chamber. Do any of you have this style of smoker? Any recommendations? Please no gas vs. charcoal debate. I didn't come here to start a fight.

i do the 3-2-1 workout Hit the bike for 10 minutes 3 (light weight) sets of 20 on the bench, shoulder press, and squats Hit the treadmill with a jog a minute/ sprint for 30 second intervals of 5 3 (light weight) sets of 20 on the split squat, flyes, and overhead tricep extentions Hit the treadmill again with a jog a minute/ sprint for 30 second intervals of 5 finish up with sit ups, crunches, or any core exercises. Trust me. You will lose it doing this.

I use it on my steaks...GREAT STUFF. You should try it next time. Splash a little soy sauce on your steak and sprinkle the montreal steak seasoning on both sides. The soy sauce gives the meat a good salty flavor without drying out the meat. Make sure you don't marinade it in the soy. Just a couple splashes right before the meat hits the grill.
