I'd do it too Vilma. You're losing 1 quality RB, but you're gaining a questionable sleeper in Foster (depending if he can stay healthy), but you're also gaining Fitz who's just a beast. Do it! thanks for the reply!

If you can get Brown, Caddy, Rudi, SJaxx, or Lamont with the 9th or 12th pick, I'd do it. But if you can only land one with teh 9th pick, I'd go with a stud WR with your 2nd round then wait for the 3rd or 4th and gamble on someone like DUnn, Dillon, Foster (handcuffed w/ DW) or Lewis. West and McGahee will be up there, but I don't feel they're much of a huge diff between the guys I listed you can get in the 3rd/4th

Pretty much same dilema i'm in. 9th in a 12 team is a great spot. I'm drafting 8th out of 10. Going for a stud RB first, then 2nd round can't decide between a RB or WR. We start 3 WRs, which is the only reason i'm leaning for a WR as Smith or Johnson and hopefully get Dillon/Lewis/Dunn/Foster on the back 3/4. Goodluck! I've been 9th out of 12 for a few drafts. Go with Brown at the 9th then on the back Westbrook or McGahee and you can't go wrong http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=222537

10 teams, I have the 8th pick. WHen do you think would be an ideal spot that Bush is going? As well as other breakout candidates (LM, DW, JA)? Leave your linik and I'll respond!

You should be thrilled Caddy fell to you that late... You BETTER take caddy over any other RB/WR. After him there's no other RB that'll compare to him! Take a WR later http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=222537

I'd def go with Manning and probably West over McGahee. Manning is going to be great; indy's goign to rely on the passing game this year. However, with all the great RBs off the board, you may have to get West/McGahee to fill your role with RBs. It may hurt you if you wait til the 3rd round to try and get Dillon/Lewis/Droughns/Foster/Dunn. It's risky, but if you're willing to gamble on one of those players, take Manning http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=222537

Philips will neither help or hurt LT. It'll still be the same situation. I have to agree, pick LT 1st then go with LJ in your dynasty leagues. I don't believe in the Madden curse, but there's alot of hype about it and Alexander going down, BSSSS http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=222537

Started off great with LJ and Jordan, but Galloway and your backup WR scare me. There must've been a better WR on the board in the 4th round. I wouldn't drop the Falcon, I'd probably drop the Colts instead. The falcons upgraded their defense pretty well this offseason. Go for Matt Jones if you could, I really like him this year. You could've waited a bit longer on picking a TE too, but its no biggie. Other than that, I'd say it's an above avg team. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=222537

This is based on assuming the big 3 go first, with the other big name RBs like SJaxx, Portis, Ronnie. Was thinking if I could get Bush in the 2nd, would that be a good deal? Use him for a keeper next year? Thanks for the help! Leave a link!

Redrafts I wouldn't take Bush until the 3rd. But if you were starting a keeper league for next year, Assuming the big 3 go first, I'd take him in the 2nd round.

Take a 1st round RB, then WR 2nd over Willis! Jamal's going to be a stuuuuuuud!

SJaxx > Edge Edge last game 2 carries for -2yards. Gotta love his o-line! http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=222425

thx for the replies. You really believe in McGahee this year? Was thinking if I get Ronnie/SJaxx then if Caddy, Edge aren't available in the 2nd, I'd go with a stud WR jsut because we start 3 WRs. Normally I"d go RB-RB, but starting 3 WRs scares me. I'm leaning towards RB-WR then relying on Dillon or Jamal, even Foster (tagged with DeAngello) in the 3rd/4th. This is our first year of doing a keeper with my friends, so I know Bush will be taken 2nd or 3rd round, which just moves more players towards to me THanks for the help, greatly appreciated!

mcnair, then kitna... get rid of brooks http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=222425

He was a monster waiting to happen last year as well ;P Had 1 breakout game? I'm still sold on Roy, but I'd say 5th roundish. You have 2 very nice keepers with Lamont and FWP at 5/8. Since you hvae the 4th open, I"d still go with Roy. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=222425

i agree with Larry. I was huge on JJ last year, but Parcell's is pretty big on MB this year; RBBC. Boldin is a proven WR that's been underrated and will be under the shadows of Fitz. Kind of like Wayne with Harrison http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=222425

Picked 8th in 12 man league... how did i do?
BeeefyTaco replied to seagrams!'s topic in A Little Help!
Great first 3 picks, then the 4th with Evans? Not saying he's going to be a bust this year. He'll def be something positive, but in all my 12-team drafts, I've seen Evans going 7+ Rounds. There must've been a better WR than him on the board at that time, esp having to draft 2 QBs, some of the other teams prob went with Bulger/CPepp/Eli in the 4th as their first QB. Other than that, overall pretty good team.. SJaxx and Ronnie are going to tear it up for you! http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=222425 -
Agreed as well. I was huuuge on Portis til his injury. He dropped from 4 to about 6-7 on my list now. SJaxx "may" be ahead of Tiki. I know Tiki gets no love form year to year, but I dont see him matching his #s anywhere close to last years, esp with Jacobs getting the goal lines. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=222425

So you're saying if you picked RB-WR at 12-13, then in the 3rd round he can get another stud RB? =(

7th round pick... positional debate, QB1 - RB3 - WR4?
BeeefyTaco replied to leftyguitar's topic in A Little Help!
I'd go with a RB, then QB. Or even QB then RB. Due to the scare amounts or RBs i'd probably go RB first with Dillon, then go with a QB. Bulger, CPep, even Eli sitll on the board is plenty of depth for your QB slot. -
Can't decide between LT or SA =( Leaning more towards SA, but I"ve seen LT being taken early. Please help!

Doing a 10-team keeper league and I have the 8th pick. Like everyone else, I would normally go with a RB-RB, but in this league we're starting 3 WRs. Was thinking Rudi or Ronnie with the 8th pick, then with the 2nd round go with a stud WR like TO or CJ since we start 3 WRs? Please give any insight! Will respond to all other posts. Thanks for the help and opinions, it's greatly appreciation!

would you drop DeAngelo Williams for....
BeeefyTaco replied to aggiewildlife's topic in A Little Help!
I'd keep Williams, he's going to be getting a lot of the goal line carries I'd say. Fosters only played half of the 52 career games he's been a part of? He's the next stud! -
After 5 years of CBS Sportsline with 9 of my other buddies and where we've always had live drafts, we've decided to do a keeper league this year. Any advice on how I should draft differently going into this keeper? I know I'll be hearing of Bush, but who else should I look out for in the later rounds of the draft that'll benefit me next year? Thanks for the help! -Boston Teabaggers
