i think everyone on espn has proven time and time again that they know nothing about football particularly sean salisbury. mort probably has to use the official espn website cheatsheet or he'll get in trouble. he doesn't really have vast banks of knowledge he just reads who's a late scratch right before the 1pm games. he's essentially espn's weatherman.

steve smith with a bullet 1. delhomme only has eyes for him 2. most elusive player in the league 3. got double covered throughout the season still led in the big categories 4. also used a great deal as a run threat so gets even more touches than any wr 5. any kind of wr2 worth anything (not keary colbert) will take attention away from smith. he had 100% of the attention before so even keyshawn taking 10% of the focus away would be a step up.
