No way the Eagles would beat the Ravens. Everything else is possible considering how bad the NFC is, so I am definitely going to accept the Eagles as one of the Super Bowl favorites. But NFC teams are really s h i t out of luck this year because the AFC is going to win the Super Bowl.

I have to disagree completely with this topic. The ways things are looking, the Chiefs are going to be a bad team for several years to come. They have a declining QB with a poor receiving corps. And depending on how long they stick with Green, they are eventually going to be playing with an inexperienced QB. Not Huard, he will take Green's place eventually (if he's still on the team), but they will probably be forced to draft a QB and play him prematurely. I say this because I really don't have alot of faith in Damon Huard taking over and leading the Cheifs to the promised land. There's really no doubt in anyone's mind that Trent Green is the starter next year, but I wouldn't be suprised if Huard took over mid-season. Next year will be a waste of a year for the Chiefs as they finally discover how inept Huard is at leading a team. They will draft a QB in either this year or next years draft and he will be playing as soon as the 2008 season. Now LJ is a beast and he will keep the offense moving, but the Chiefs are going to become one dimensional and that "improving defense" will start to look alot worse when teams realize that all they have to do is stop the run.

hmmmmmm...Ravens win it all and will officially be recognized as the best defense of all time. Not even LT can run on this defense.

Well, I made a post a little while ago documenting the whole Mackgee vs. Eagles Fans feud. It had a little poll so people could vote on who was winning and last I checked it was about even. I'm not picking sides, but Mackgee...it's not looking good for you. If you ask me, I think the Eagles resurgence is somehow your fault. Sure, Jeff Garcia doesn't read these boards...but I think there is some sort of butterfly effect going on here caused by you. I'd stop feeding the fire if I were you.

Everyone here already knows JahRasta is a joke. I cannot wait to see the Chargers lose to the Ravens in the playoffs. LT will have 0 running room and Rivers will be good for some interceptions. And yes, Merriman is a cheater. I live in Maryland and used to love watching him play for the Terps, so it's not that I don't like him. I just don't like cheaters, and he doesn't deserve to be playing this season.

This is going to be a very entertaining game, the deciding factor will be Baltimore's ability to stop the run. Yes, even the great LT will be shut down. The game will fall into Rivers' hands and San Diego will fall short. After they win the Super Bowl, there will only be one question to ask... Best defense of all time?

The difference is that Seattle is right in the mix of the playoff hunt while Pittsburgh is still only a long shot. It is pretty much the playoffs for the Seahawks, especially with the 49ers still breathing down their neck. Now, let's look at San Diego who has been on a roll and are sitting pretty at the top of the AFC. You don't think there is anyway they let their guard down and lose one? Remember when the Chargers beat the Colts last year, and were one of the only teams to figure out how to stop the Colts. Well, I think the Seahawks could very well do that to the Chargers this week. And with the way the last Ravens/Steelers game went last time...I think it is perfectly logical to predict a Baltimore win. Did I say they were going to win 34-0? No, they are going to win either by alot or by a little or by a medium amount ...Who knows it may be hard fought or it may be a walk in the park, but Baltimore will win.

Ummmmmm, he didn't complete a pass because he was taken out in the first quarter...that was my whole point of saying that. McNair played maybe 2 possessions and then was done for the game. And yes Boller sucks and I think any team is good if they are able to win with BOLLER. I mean...come on...BOLLER?!?!?! Now I was wrong in picking San Diego to lose, but that doesn't mean they can't lose to a desperate Seattle team. That is still going to be a very tough game. And, who knows, maybe Arizona will pull out an upset like they almost did against the Bears. You never know. On the other hand, Indianapolis plays two bad teams...but I agree with you that they are perfectly capable of losing either one of these games. The only thing I'm sure of now is that the Ravens will hold up their end of the bet. First round bye? Home field advantage throughout? I'm not so sure about now...but the Ravens WILL win out.
