Anyone who didn't see this coming, wasn't paying attention. He lost one of the best WR's in the NFL this year and does not have a go to option now. And his OL still stinks. He was on my DND list.

Who is going to have a blowup week week 3
Jarvis Basnight replied to kilroy69's topic in FFToday Board
+1 I've got a welt on my back for how many times i've pat myself there over "reaching" for DK in the 4th. He has shot up everyone's weekly and ROS rankings. -
Watson is as good as he's ever been. He doesn't have very good weapons and his OL is still a wet tissue.

This guy. Thought it would make sense to grab him because he was the "bellcow". Had visions of his first season. What I overlooked was that the guy is put together with wet tissue, and doesn't seem to be very driven. Didn't last long in the first game. Twisted his ankle and looked completely fine on the sidelines, maybe he just felt like watching instead of playing Monday. Meanwhile Snell completely showed him up. I figured Conner would be sitting out this week for sure and Benny would get the start. Not so fast.....Conner practiced today without limitations. So now I am quite sure that I'll be rolling with Henry/Mostert at RB, and will choose someone else in my flex position. I don't really have any faith in him. Is anyone else starting him with confidence. If so would you please share with me why?

Hard maybe if he ends up with the Giants, purely as depth.
-
Murray has a schedule to get excited about. I'd keep him.
-
Snell is giving Conner job security with all his fumbling. At the very least he is the solid #1 on his team.

Don't mind them. I never listen but have always liked that song.

UPDATE: McCaffrey Ankle Injury - Out Multiple Weeks

No. I have Pollard but not Zeke in a 12 team. He has very little value unless Zeke gets hurt. Lotto ticket -
UPDATE: McCaffrey Ankle Injury - Out Multiple Weeks
Jarvis Basnight replied to Utilit99's topic in FFToday Board
I get that in the case of McCaffrey's backup but what about guys like Pollard in Dallas or Mattison in Minnesota? Each could fill in and possibly put up the same numbers as the starter they're playing behind. -
Fantasypros have them in their buy/sell/hold article this week. They list him as a sell. Well no kidding. Everyone knows that, including every guy in your league. That includes the Steeler fan who has already thrown out his Conner jersey for Snell. In actuality I hate to say it but he's a hold. I'm not going to get any value at all out of him right now so I'll probably let him sit on my bench another week.

Well, Tampa Tom gets a big division victory. Meanwhile the hoodie takes the L when moving out of his "division". Are we just hating on Tommy in this thread or are we allowed to acknowledge when he wins?
-
Good grief. Now we put him back in our lineups and he's going to let us down again

I find myself just wanting to punch him most of the time when I'm listening. Keith Jackson is rolling over in his grave

Conner not on the injury report. Good grief what a mess this turned into overnight

FU to me for not flexing Hunt last night. F me

Hoping for 3 carries, 87 yards, 2 TD's. And 1 reception for 85 yards and a TD. Then he'll get hurt. I'm feeling good about those projected stats.
-
I'm overthinking of course, but his magical full participant in practice yesterday is him feeling the pressure and we may get a much more motivated guy going forward. He felt like he had won the top spot and that was his to keep. Now he realizes he's replaceable and his back is against the wall. This week could be telling. Either he steps up and wins the job back or he shrivels and we can very much consider dropping him.

this is really funny, not sure it was meant to be. Well done anyway

Its not his fault they didn't know how to use him at the GL. Come on Big Red, you're better than that. They were taking a Ferrari off roading. Be better KC coaches. Clyde is a superstar.

I'm an idiot for not going with my gut
