Chark is hurting, could be a good week for Shenault since he's been getting regular targets. Ruggs looks electric but they don't get the ball to him enough. Mike Williams is interesting because he has a QB now that can get him the ball downfield. Herbert is chucking it and I'd feel comfortable with him as my #2 right now. ETA: My league doesn't penalize QB's for turnovers so Herbert may be better there than in other leagues.
