Definitely look in to picking up TE Isiah Likely with Mark Andrew's out indefinitely. He played decent in Andrew's absence last year and he may not get all the targets Andrew's got bit he'll get his share. Good chance for a redzone TD. On another note his teammate O'Dell Beckham Jr. has come alive over the last several weeks. If he stays healthy his targets should increase and maybe at the expense od RE Likely. Don't think you could go wrong on picking up either one.
-
Yeah, Knox may be done when he returns but him playing can help Kincaid. 2TE sets will help the Bills passing game if pollen can quit turning the ball over. May see them force feeding Diggs for a while, Gabe Davis still gets looks but he won't be as dependable for fantasy as.Kincaid will the rest of the way. Kincaid could quite possibly be a top 5 TE for the remainder of the season.
-
Should fired the whole coaching staff.the eay.the Bills played. While they're at it might as well fire Josh Allen too. He can't stop turning the ball over and making poor decisions. The talent they have they should have never lost that game even with Denver's defense playing good and Wilson looked better. Looks like their playoffs light is starting to get pretty dim.
-
Yes, I think that's possible. Buffalo is clearly a passing team and Diggs can't get all the targets and seems like talented Gabe Davis disappears alot so Jodh Allen is trusting Kincaif more. Know will still vulture some targets from Kincaid but Allen knows who the better RE is. The Bills drafted Kincaid in hopes of him being kind of like a WR2 to Diggs and Kinvaid mat be a TE but plays like a WR. Bills will continue to throw and push to try and win the division away from the Dolphins and Kincaid should be a big part of the offense going forward.

If the Commanders, my Grandson's favorite team, played against the rest of the league like they've played against Philly this year they might be in 2nd place in the division and a possible wild card spot. The Eagles certainly seem to have a stranglehold on the NFC East and I until they start losing and playing poorly looks like they'll be the favs to win the NFC, unless my 49ers can get healthy and play like they're capable of playing on both sides of the ball, especially defense. Having Deebo and Trent Williams hurt shows how much they miss those two.

Since we have injuries on the offense with Deebo out and CMC banged up a bit it's time for the defense to show up big tonight. We.can still put up points with Deebo out but if the defense can generate some sacks and get a couple of turnovers there won't be the need for the offense to carry the load. Although I'd like to see Purdy bounce back in a big way after a less.than stellar performance last week. I got the 49ers winning 24-14.

Well, yes I started Rice in a few leagues and glad I did. I felt early in the season that he was gonna do well in KC's offense and yesterday showed it. Certainly his stock has gone up and guys will be looking to grab him off waivers but I don't have that issue since he's already on some of my rosters. Not saying he's gonna ball out every week but I think Mahomes has more trust in him now and he will definitely look his way more than in the past.
-
Hardman may steal some targets that I think would otherwise go to Rashee Rice but Andy Reid and Mahomes realize that Rice is getting better and should be more involved in the gameplan. Hardman is only gonna be, IMO, another body for Mahomes to throw some occasional targets. I font thjnk, at least I hope, that Hardman will affect Rice's targets and developments drastically. Rice is gradually working his way to being the Chiefs WR1, outside of Kelce, and his numbers will.only get better as well as the season progresses. If you font have Rice on your dynasty roster yet better get him in a hurry before someone else scarfs him up.

Disappointing loss for my 49ers but we had a chance to win it at the end but rookie Kicker Moody was.wide.right on a 41 yard attempt. He didn't lose the game for us he simply didn't win it. He's a rookie and he's.gknna make mistakes and miss.some kicks. I.still.have fain him.and he'll certainly have other opportunities to win games. More concerning to me are.the injuries to DEEBO and CMC, especially McCaffrey. Purdy looked lost out there and again he's.gonna have bad games from time to time because of his experience. The Brown's defense is no joke either. They're pretty good so.I'm not down on Purdy because he went up against a top notch defense in.their hlme.stadium. If he had played poorly against a bad suspect defense the yes.I'd say he needs some.more.schooljng from the coaching staff. I'm confident.that Purdy will bounce back and play better next week against the Vikings even if we're without Deebo and CMC. I believe, even as young as he is in nfl experience, that he can put the team on his back and go win games with less.than a fully healthy roster. We made critical mistakes on both sides of the ball, especially late in the game with the defense and bad.penalties that gave the Browns a chance to take the lead. Fortunately there's no undefeated teams now as the Beagles, I mean Eagles lost as well to an inspired New York Jets team with a former 49ers defensive coach now as.the Jets head.coach. KUDOS to Robert Saleh for hanging in there against a really good team and coming out with a win. I'm certain Kyle Shanahan and the 49ers coaching staff will learn from the loss to the Browns and get the team prepared to get back to playing winning football. Foremost take care of and do what's needed to get Deebo and CMC healthy so that we.can get back to aging the kind of football that had us at 5-0. These 2 players health is paramount and just please don't rush them back prematurely lest risk them being injured again. Rest assured my beloved San Francisco 49ers will regroup and once again be at.the top of the football world. GOOOOO 49ERS!!!!!

The Bears have the worst coaching I've ever seen.
DocNiner replied to seafoam1's topic in FFToday Board
So, I agree with a lot you've said and I wanted to ask a.question. I have a chance to start the Washington Commandets Defense this week at home against the Bears. I also have the Dallas defense but don't want to start them against my 49ers this Sjnday night. How do you think the Commandets defense will do against the Bears this Sunday? I know Fields is talented and can definitely run the ball when plays break down. He did have 4 tds against the Broncos last week but the Vears lost that one. Yeah I get that the Broncos defense socks right now after giving up 70 points to the 'Phil's and Washington was able to best Denver in week 1. The Commanders do have some good players on defense and gave Philly all they wanted last week only to lose on a FG in overtime. Will that loss to Philly piss off the Washington defense and will they come out this Thursday night and take that chip out on the Bears offense? I appreciate your input. Thanks. -
Mike Williams Out for the Year - Torn ACL
DocNiner replied to Mike FF Today's topic in FFToday Board
Since Williams is done for the year.then it's.Josh Palmer next ul. He should be a decent waiver add. Quentin Johnston won't see.as.many snaps as.Palmer. Kelly did.squat Sunday so.I guess.it's up to Herbert and Allen to carry the team. Hope Ekeler gets back healthy soon or the Chargers are gonna struggle to win. -
I've stuck by this guy for several years now and he is certainly an enigma. He lands on the jnjury report.so I bench.and he goes off. I start.him.and.he puts up a.dud. I'm sure he's.dobe that to.some of you.also. I do think he's the best talent on the Eagles and after last week's performance you.get.the itch to start him. He's.disappointed me multiple times but here I go ahain.and plug him in the lineup. Now the question is, when.does he get hurt and not available? If Philly is smart they shouldn't run the crap out of him. Limit his touches to between 12-18 rushing and receiving. Luckily I have other backs I can depend on more than him but I'd like to see the dude put together a whole year healthy if he can do that he's certainly a good RB2 but buyer beware. Will he eventually let.your team down when you really need him to produce? If he makes it to the postseason do you dare risk your playoff hopes on him. I wouldn't rely on him just yet if you only have a few backs on your roster. I'll.tread lightly with him. I ntil.he can show me he's worthy of regular admission to the lineup.

I say pick up WR PUKA NUKUA. Even if or when at all Cooper Kupp returns I believe Puka will still be involved a lot in the Rams offense. Add in the fact that the Rams could be playing from behind quite a bit this year and so they'll have to be throwing the ball a lot. That will play to Puka's benefit.and he should claim a starting role all year. Not crowning him ROY as that'll be Bijan or possibly Addison but Puka will be fantasy relevant. He'll be a WR3 with good upside to be a start able WR2 depending on the matchup.

I'd be concerned with Waller's status and here we go again. Dude can just not stay healthy. He's.an incredible talent when he's on the field but his availability this week and going forward has owners in a pickle as to.what to do with him. I'd bench him for now and possibly look at getting Sam LaPorta or Luke Musgrave. I think as the.season progresses both these guys are.gonna be more involved in their.teams offensive scheme. I'd prefer LaPorta but have to consider Musgrave as Packers WR Christian Watson's having some health issues so Musgrave could be targeted a lot more until Watson's.healthy enough to play. Back to the Waller issue I'm not a doctor but sounds.kinda like it mat be a Sciatic Nerve problem. The sciatic nerve runs.frkm your spine down the back of your butt.and down the back of the leg and clearly in the ke the individualhamstring area. If the nerve is inflamed they can give him anti-inflammatory drugs to ease the pain but sciatic nerve issues can be difficult to treat and resolve the issue. Sometimes, and I hope it's not the case for Waller, surgery is needed to fix the sciatic nerve problem. Sciatica can cause extreme pain in the low back and down the leg and can make it very hard to go out and play football. Let's hope in Wallers case it just a strained hamstring.that should get better with rest and therapy but certainly not available for fantasy lineups. Just my opinion. As I said, I'm not a doctor but was a medic in thArmy and work in a hospital Operating room.for a number of years as a Scrub Tech, Anesthesia tech and an Orthopedic Tech so I do have a fair amount of medical knowledge so I think I can give objective comments on health issues and I njuries to players. Still, I have quarries about whether to put guys in my fantasy lineups.

What RayT said is right. Allgeier had.probably his best game for this year because Bijan is just getting his feet wet and his insolvent and touches will increase. Soon Allgeier will be relegated to spelling Bijan bit he won't be fantasy relevant. So I would NOT drop Pacheco for Allgeier. Pachheco's not going to be a world beaters but he'll have his moments so hang on to him.

Week 001: Random Thoughts/Opinions/Questions
DocNiner replied to easilyscan's topic in FFToday Board
Solid performance on both sides of the ball, offense and defense. Bosa will get going for sure mow his deal is done. I'm still cautiously optimistic with my 49ers considering all the injuries we had last year. I just pray they can stay healthy. If they can and do then I think they can beat any team out there. Yes , Homer speaking, lol. Thank God for them getting CMC. He makes the whole team better. Mr. Purdy is no longer Irrelevant and I think he'll keep getting better, just dkn't kverwork the throwing arm. -
It's funny how the script has flip recently with people looking to grab one of the top receivers early in the first and WR's have dominated the first round in drafts I've had and other drafts I've looked at. Yes I agree with WR JUSTIN JEFFERSON being taken with the #1 pick. He's a special talent and put up I nsane numbers since he came in to the league. Also the funny thing I think about is that he could quite possibly be even better this year and post his best year to date. I see Tyreek Hill is boasting about being the first receiver in NFL history to post 2,000 yards receiving. While I do think that 2,000 yds. is attainable but a lot of things have to go the receivers way to attain 2,000 yds. and if it's done I don't think it'll be Hill to do it but JUSTIN JEFFERSON who'll reach the lofty goal. One thing that may help Jefferson reach that number would be the Vikings drafting WR Jordan Addison this year. Defense will have to worry about him and TE Hockenson as well. Jefferson may not see as.many double team coverage on him this year with the addition of Addison. He's got a QB that plays pretty good. Cook is gone and we're not sure how Mattison will fare with a full time workload. So I think Jefferson could be the one to reach 2,000 but I think it's a slim chance he does. Still he us worthy of being picked at number one.
