To be fair I remember when Trump blamed Biden for imperfectly fulfilling Trump’s own campaign promise to end the war in Afghanistan. I actually do think he’ll broker a deal to end the Ukraine war. I doubt he does much of anything on Israel but that’s not really his fault. If we withdrew support for Israel they’d cease to exist.

Too bad he didn’t pull our people back in Afghanistan. Trump also loved peace so much he decided to double Obama’s drone strikes. I hope he does end the war in Ukraine. I’m a little dismayed that our $ support for Israel isn’t on the chopping block. Im not going to overreact to the Gaza thing just yet. The idea is so stupid I have to believe Don doesn’t mean it.

The idea of turning Gaza into the Riviera of the Middle East certainly is. To be fair to Trump, he probably didn’t even mean it, he just lacks a filter.

It’s not happening dude. The American public won’t tolerate a new decades long quagmire and any “development” in Gaza is destined to be the most bombed place on earth.

Israel is already paying for security there. There’s a 0% chance of the US commuting ground troops indefinitely to rebuild Gaza. The whole idea was the shower thoughts of a geriatric man.

There isn’t a country on earth that would be stupid enough to commit its military to secure Gaza, except maybe ours.
