See my link above. Some of Trump’s own appointees are telling their agencies not to reply. In the past when I’ve been asked what I accomplished last week, that question has come from my manager. I’d be pretty pissed to get an email on a Saturday from an outside consultant telling me to reply by noon Monday or I’m fired. That seems to be the point of what Elon is doing.
