I saw a similar post from a member of the Forest Service who voted for Trump and recently got laid off. The person who reposted it is a right-leaning MAGA aunt. I think we’re going to see a lot of buyer’s remorse over the next few years.

Both parties are essentially pro corporate, pro war, anti consumer / labor / privacy. They use FOX and CNN to keep people bickering about culture war bullchit because there’s almost no daylight between them on the kitchen table issues that really affect people’s lives. I think most people just want to earn a living wage. Neither party offers anything to make housing, healthcare, education etc. more affordable.

Glasgow police on Wednesday arrested a woman, 74, for allegedly breaching a buffer zone around an abortion center. A video of the arrest posted by the Scottish Family Party showed the woman, named in the video as Rose Docherty, standing outside the Queen Elizabeth Hospital holding a sign that read: “Coercion is a crime, here to talk, only if you want.” Police informed her she was violating the law and gave her an opportunity to leave voluntarily. When she refused, she was led away in handcuffs.
