Official 49ers OC - Greg Roman FOCK YOU Thread

Agreed.. but when they can't get the run going, they still need to keep the rb's more involved in the pass game. Seems like defenses are bent on keeping him in the box and playing the wr sets tight. We've seen what damage Gore or Hyde can do when they pass catch. No better way to abuse a secondary than to constantly make them tackle a catch passing freight train. -
If he stays healthy as a Jet... Harvin will have the opportunity to put up more consistent fantasy numbers than as a Hawk. I hope he'll utilize the fact that he was traded for a mid-round pick as motivation. Rex Ryan has a way of helping players enhance that type of motivation. As a Harvin owner I'm trying to see the positive lining, because it was't looking good with Seattle. Like Seattle and Lynch, the Jets have strong rb's in Ivory/Johnson to keep defenses honest. Geno's ability to scramble may assist in extending plays, ending in improvised routes getting Harvin downfield playmaking ability noticed. Lots of wishful thinking, but I like the move as a Harvin owner.

That player steppin up might be Brian Tyms.

He looks like he could be the future QB for AZ. WR's are apparently downgraded....although Fitz has confidence in him. http://www.azcardinals.com/videos/videos/Fitzgerald-says-team-believes-in-Logan-Thomas/865d0858-f671-41b1-a778-b23fa9dd591b But how might this affect Ellington? I know little about Logan's college career at VT. Did he run any read option? Please chime in.

Is that what they call Arians these days? A fat baby?
-
Does Wisencunt survive the season? What are odds that he's the Titans HC next year? Never been impressed with him as a HC.
-
Thanks for the info.
-
Good example of how to package the guy.
-
That all depends on your team needs. Package him for an upgrade at another position, etc. All I'm sayin is that he is not the AJ of last year and far, far from what he's been before that. My 2 cents.. But hold on to him if you feel he can perform better going forward....
-
That's the point of selling high. He's got a lot of targets and 1 TD so far this week. Sell High for a WR who gets a lot more targets and better chance of gettimg a TD EVERY week.
-
Depends on who you're selling him for.

Oh... And Fitz blows

AJ Green Reinjures Toe at Practice. Carted off
BuschWack replied to kkustes03's topic in FFToday Board
A couple weeks ago, i traded Brady for Dalton among other players. I was fed up with Brady. I now see Dalton with a low ceiling without Green. The Brady owner is now in need of wr help and is offering to give me Brady for Rueben Randle straight up. Pull that trigger and get Brady back? Dalton without AJ is kinda scary. -
http://m.bleacherreport.com/articles/2158382-juwan-thompson-flying-under-the-radar-as-broncos-sleeper-running-back-prospect Since Ball went down, been doing some research on the Broncos RB situation. We all know Ball wasn't getting it done and Hillman isn't the answer either. Anderson has concussion issues. Taking a look at Juwan Thompson's skillset and he seems like a perfect fit. Soft hands, good blocking, good size and speed. What would it take to get Fox to roll the dice and give this kid a shot? I'm trying to make room on my roster. Anyone else got an opinion here?

You mean Foxface? Lol
-
Due to this thread .... AJ will go for 8-135 yards and 2 TD's this week. Book it.
-
Nice post Stones. Didn't mean to hi-jack this post with my other thread. Didn't see this until I looked a little closer. I agree with your take here.
-
Didn't see Stonewall's earlier sleeper post. Agree with him here.
-
Thanks!

The fact that Thompson could excel in pass protection intrigues me the most. If Peyton can't get the protection he needs from Hillman or Anderson... could be an open door for Thompson.

This game could get out of hand quickly. Interestingly: Seattle all-time record on MNF is 20 Wins vs 8 Losses. Washington all-time record is 27 Wins vs 35 Losses.
