Read this article recently and agreed mostly with the Green Bay choice. Urban can get his feet wet when it comes to how the NFL system works in preparation for a later HC position. I think Jones may see more work initially because Philbin will mix it up a bit.... in order to be able to say, "we tried different things". But Philbin is as much of the problem as McCarthy. He was a disaster in Miami and he's a disaster for the Pack.
