D.J. Moore only 4 targets in 3 games

Numbers are going up... and watching the health of Torrey Smith closely. Caught 11 of 14 targets in last 3 weeks. With the Rishard Matthews signing in NY, I dropped Kearse for him.
  4. 7 counting Freeman on IR. I'm 5-2.
  5. True.. some GB writers are calling last night a "season saving" win. Maybe they feel it only gets tougher from here on out. https://www.packersnews.com/story/sports/nfl/packers/dougherty/2018/10/16/dougherty-packers-find-stunning-way-save-their-season/1652405002/
  6. If it makes you feel better, I'll change the topic title to read COULD instead of WILL. Feel better? Done.
  7. Not saying last year was exactly like this year.. He came back last year from injury, tried to fight through it.... to make the playoffs. Team didn't get it done, so they shut him down to save from further injury. 'Decision to shut down Aaron Rodgers made 'in his best interest' https://www.packersnews.com/story/sports/nfl/packers/2017/12/19/packers-shutting-down-aaron-rodgers-season/964245001/ “The decision to put Aaron on injured reserve was really a product of a number of different factors, and really, frankly, was what we felt was best for Aaron,” coach Mike McCarthy said. “He was sore, took a number of hits in Sunday’s game. We felt this was the best decision. “He’s not happy about it. It’s a hard day for him. This is not the way — I don’t think — any player wants to see their season come to a conclusion, being on IR. We all understand and appreciate and respect his competitive spirit, but we felt as an organization this was in his best interest." So he WASN'T shut down?????? STOP He was shut down.
  8. What happened last year? Rodger was banged up... fell out of the playoff race and he was shut down. I'm not fishing or chasing ghosts. It's my opinion that if the Pack fall out of playoffs, there's a good chance they shut him down if his knee continues to have issues. Not sure why this is hard to understand. Anyone with key GB players should be aware of this possibility going late into the season. Could Rodgers play through it, absolutely... but look at history.

  10. Yes.. zero talk now, of course. I only said that IF they fall out of playoff contention. His knee is not good.
  11. Should GB fall out of playoff contention, I would not consider them shelving Rodgers and getting his knee healthy for 2019 a LONG SHOT scenario at all. In fact, I'd think they'd be crazy if they kept him out there.
  12. I ended up trading Yeldon and Royce Freeman to the Fournette owner for Hyde. We left the TE position alone.
  13. Fournette owner is now dangling both Fournette and Gronk for Yeldon and Graham.
  14. I'm also a bit skeptical of holding any GB player late into the season. If GB falls out of playoff contention, Rodgers will be shut down to avoid further wear and tear on that knee, hurting value of WR's and Graham.
  15. Thanks... I agree. I'd be kicking myself if Yeldon continues his good play and Fournette doesn't return. The success of the trade all depends on Fournette's health.
  16. If Fournette's injury lingers and continues to miss, I'm giving the Gronk owner too much. Trades are always risky.

  19. Why do the Browns have their rookie second string RB blocking the edge on punts? Theyre the Browns?

    Hunt anyone worried?

He'll be good with a few bad games mixed in between and you'll want to choke Reid at various times throughout the season. That's the nature of owning an Andy Reid RB. I think KC fans are used to this. Nothing new.

    Biggest Bust of 2018?

History. At least since 2010, according to FFToday Regular Season Rankings, no Steeler WR2 besides Juju has finished higher than WR24 in the League. That was in 2011 when Brown was WR2 behind Wallace and finished WR24 in both Standard and PPR. Steeler WR2 Rankings by year: 2010 - Ward: WR39 Standard WR39 PPR 2011 - Brown: WR24 Standard WR24 PPR 2012 - Brown: WR37 Standard WR32 PPR 2013 - Cotchery WR30 Standard WR36 PPR, Sanders WR35 Standard WR32 PPR 2014 - Bryant WR43 Standard WR61 PPR 2015 - Bryant WR32 Standard WR39 PPR 2016 - Rogers WR63 Standard WR63 PPR 2017 - Juju WR15 Standard WR20 PPR Last year was a great year for both AB and Juju I'm not saying he doesn't have the ability to end up top 16 in 2018, I just think history will correct itself, unless Brown drops off or gets injured and same for Bell. Why was Juju able to do in 2017 what other WR2 haven't in the past? Lack of skill in the WR group as a whole behind AB and Juju? I'm not entirely sure.
