It's not really as much about trying to grab Winslow over Gates as much as you ideally want to grab one of the top four TE's over the next tier. The point difference between the top four isn't enough to warrant mortgaging the rest of your team for, but if you've got the opportunity to grab a 3rd tier WR or an elite TE, the TE's going to have more of a dropoff from tier to tier compared to the depth of WR3's in the pool. You've just got to see what the draft gives you and make the best decision.
