I just looked at our league's stats in 2004, after reading this. A guy in our league won in week 3 198-93. The thing is, the same guy LOST 3 weeks later in week 6 26-104.

The problem is, if you havent watched "real" HD, then HD-lite isnt that bad. But once you are used to watching an actual HD feed 1080i, then the HD-lite crap is lacking. Early last year, I was showing off the espn-HD to my father, and you could actually see every blade of grass on the field. The HD-lite just isnt as good.

Your concerns are because direct tv, and now dish network it seems, are broadcasting in "HD Lite". Some may not notice it, but it doesnt look as crisp as my over-the-air HD signals. I look for Hines to play every game this season. His hammy felt well enough last week to play in the offense vs defense softball game. Supposedly he legged out a triple and ran hard from 3rd to home on a sac fly. They are just being cautious with him in practice and he will be fine for the first game.

I am a steelers fan and the playoffs last year appeared to have opened up cowher's eyes. He will let Ben throw alot more this year. Not to mention Willie Parker will be even more of a threat this year on screen passes. I look for ben to throw for 3400yards and 25-26tds this year.

It would be a gamble on your end. Watson<Shockey but with good upside. Stallworth = Kennison, but could prosper in the eagles offense. Kennison may (i repeat may) have a decrease in production due to the offensive line problems the chiefs are having.
