The reason why Leshavelli keeps following me around
Jello Biafra replied to HenryChinaski's topic in FFToday Board
You're both idiots. -
The better QB. What if WR A has 120 yds 0 TDs, and QB A has 225 yds, 0 TDs and 3 INTs. How's that work for ya? There are many instances where a WR scores more than his QB.
-
Based on this, I'm guessing YOU'RE the worst team in the league.
-
I understand what you're saying, but this is an unreasonable scenario. Not only would the QBs have to be equal, and the pass D equal, but also the run D would have to be equal. If one team had a porous run D, chances are one team would run the ball more often than usual, making one QB a better play than the other. I doubt you could find two teams that match up the way you present it (if you can. I will humbly apologize). You've also bumped up the lead to 10 points, where in your first post you just said you had the lead, w/o saying how many points. The bigger your lead, the better your chance of your strategy working. But come on. This scenario can never happen.
-
If the 2 QBs did indeed have equal value, wouldn't you start the one playing the weaker pass D? The cancel out theory doesn't work. The day of the week is irrelevant.
-
Please tell me you're joking. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've read here in the last hour.

Starting to see why A Peterson is running so hard

Tombstone -
I believe it would only count for him or against him if he recovered his own fumble.
-
Not to screw you up further, but just think of the causitation implications when a QB runs one in himself.
-
I disagree. Unless it's snapped directly to the RB, he has to get the handoff from the QB which is a direct causitation.
-
Ok, I fixed it up. Causitation. And I demand my QB get points for rushing TDs.
-
How many (roster position) players are a direct causitation of a rushing TD?

Somebody just dropped Adrian Peterson in my league

You're even dumber if you think anyone would give a rat's ass about your league. -
INSIDER: Travis Henry Appeal to be Heard in Arizona

Frankly, "Skip Jones" sounds like a made up name for a doctor. -
What if Bush played defense and intercepted a pass and scored. He would get points if you started him at RB?
-
Rudi's value is pretty low right now, and he might never be worth anything this year, but you should not manage someone's team for them. Let it go through.
-
I would not make that deal. I'd also keep Peterson over Addai. You're right about Evans - he's looking way better than Smith right now, and take a look at LTs schedule. Not that good for a RB. Even though he's LT, he's been human this year. JMO, and I have LT, btw.
-
Am i foolish for considering this?
Jello Biafra replied to Vertical Smiles's topic in A Little Help!
I don't see how Davis is an upgrade over Cooley. Gore isn't worth much, but I wouldn't make that deal. -
It's not an earth shattering deal for you, but I still like your side better.
-
I think it was a steal for you. Alexander is done, imo, and you got 2 good RBs in the deal. Losing Roy doesn't help you at WR, but you can probably make another deal to get someone decent.
-
You're in a bit of trouble at RB there. I'm not that high on Selvin, and if you can get Gore for him, you have to do it. Gore hasn't been good this year, but how much more can you get for Young?
-
I would do that so fast his head would spin, especially with the RBs you have. That's a steal.
-
I think he's worth more than Burress, but every trade depends on your teams' needs. If you have a hole at WR and KJ is your #3 RB, then trading him for Burress makes sense. If you're loaded at WR, then his value changes. It all depends on your team.

Palmer and Brees.

will the brady owner in your league win his game this week?
Jello Biafra replied to kilroy69's topic in FFToday Board
THe Brady owner in my league also has Moss, Maroney, Welker and Watson. On top of that he has ADP. He's been an unstoppable machine. I play him this week, so hopefully I give him his first loss.
