The short answer is no. Under Article II, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” The president-elect isn’t president and isn’t a civil officer of the United States until they are on the payroll. You may recall Presidents Obama, Trump and Biden establishing offices of the president-elect. They weren’t real offices per se but their transition teams’ stage name, more or less. Federal law allows the apparent winner of a presidential election certain privileges like office space and telecom services but the phrase “Office of the President-Elect” appears nowhere in federal law.

A guy in my league scored 110.2 with Jackson and Chase alone. One freaking game into the week. The guy who's going against him this week only said, "This is the kind of luck I've had this year".

At this point being impeached is less problematic for Trump than liberals shooting bullets at his head every other week.

Oh, but the weather!! Seriously, just stop with all that garbage. California is in debt: State and local debt California has the highest amount of state and local government debt in the United States, at roughly $1.6 trillion. This is about $125,000 of debt per California household. Budget deficit California is facing a $58 billion budget deficit for the 2024–25 fiscal year, and deficits of about $30 billion after that.

It's already started. “We Won’t Sit Idle”: California Governor Announces Plan to Fight Trump California Governor Gavin Newsom has called a special session in the Golden State’s legislature to protect the state’s liberal policies from a Donald Trump presidency. In a statement Thursday, Newsom warned, “The freedoms we hold dear in California are under attack—and we won’t sit idle.

It is extremely fun to watch. Only problem now is all Democrats in office will spend the next 4 years doubling their efforts to destroy America. But that's nothing new I guess.

Biden hasn't been in charge since he's been in the white house.

Tampon Tim Walz signed bills putting tampons in boy’s bathrooms

Is that an SNL skit? -
Well, Tim did vote for Harris. That counts as an assault on our nation.
-
I wonder if a part time federal agent went Rambo on Tim's family and wiped them out, if he would say "no big deal"?
-
Yes. It tells of Tim's character.

'Just for the record, I voted for Trump." I'm committing that line to memory just in case I run into her in a bar and am too drunk to think rationally.
-
I'm concerned that without Pelosi no one will step up and spend all their days color coordinating state of the union outfits. And who will tear up Trump's speech right after he gives it? I can only hope that democrats are in meetings right now working on these crucial topics.

They followed up the worst president of all time, with the worst presidential candidate of all time who picked the worst vice presidential candidate of all time, and they were shocked to the point of tears and rage when they got the crap beat out of them in the election. Great plan. -
She definitely has the tranny market locked up. Along with the crying liberal market.

There are a lot of crappy little countries around the world filled with corrupt people running the place into poverty and violence. You all would fit right in nicely.

TGI Fridays bankruptcy: Concerns about nearly $50 million in unused gift cards

Chop chop people. Better use those cards quick if you have one. As TGI Friday's bankruptcy process moves forward, some of the beleaguered chain's restaurants are afraid they will be stuck handling nearly $50 million in gift cards. If you are a card holder, you may want to use your card sooner than later, so you aren't stuck holding something worth a fraction of its stated value. "Go use it, otherwise, you could end up in line for repayment behind a bunch of other creditors … (and) you'll be lucky, frankly to get pennies on the dollar for it," said John Bringardner, head of Debtwire, an analytics and debt tracking firm that assists businesses. https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2024/11/05/tgi-fridays-bankruptcy-gift-cards/76064934007/ -

At least I know now that you aren't stalking me in real life (or at least not successfully stalking me). But I feel bad for the person you ARE stalking. Creepy... What's it like living in the armpit? -
That organization, even aside from this incident, needs to be fundamentally overhauled if not rebuilt from ground up. It's littered with basic aspects of management and red tape that goes against its fundamental purpose.

Given the role that FEMA plays in this country it should be determined to be a criminal offense. Not only losing their jobs.
