You may recall Presidents Obama, Trump and Biden establishing offices of the president-elect. They weren’t real offices per se but their transition teams’ stage name, more or less. Federal law allows the apparent winner of a presidential election certain privileges like office space and telecom services but the phrase “Office of the President-Elect” appears nowhere in federal law.
