    Cuse9's Help Thread

10 team ppr starts 2 rb's, 3 wr's and a flex. I draft first and am going to take Peterson because we get bonues for rushing over 100 yds. So my question is what to do at the 2/3 turn. I know based on league history that I will probably have these guys to choose from: Atleast 2 of these wr's wayne, smith,Jennings,Boldin and Bush. Would you grab Bush as your #2 in a ppr along with one wr or would you go with 2 top end receivers to pair with Peterson? There's also a slight chance a Barber and Portis fall as well. Not sure if that changes anything and/or if you rank those guys ahead of Bush or not.

    Boldin in a ppr

What are your thoughts on Boldin in a ppr league? Last year before getting hurt he was far and away the top wr in a ppr league. I think Arizona will drop about 10% in the passing game with a more balanced attack and have him ranked below: AJ Fitz Smith Wayne Jennings Boldin Too high?

Flex players in a PPR league....

I think it depends on who you have as either can be very good in that spot. I usually like to go with rb's when possible but if it depends on who is on your roster....in a ppr you can't go wrong either way. I tend to draft with a slight emphasis on rb's so it usually ends up that way for me.....Good luck!

3rd Pick in a PPR League...who you got?

I think its SJax and not even close. If he plays all year he is a lock to finish top 3. He played last year with a torn groin and should of been sitting. His injuries haven't been joint based like Bush for example and he got off to slow start last year because of holding out. I think anyone who passes on him in a ppr league will come to regret it this year. Just my opinion. Good luck!

    Reliable Player Projection Resources

I love two sites....fftoday and fantasyguru.com. Hansens players to avoid/target last year was rediculously good. You can even go back and look at previous years contents and check it out. Both sites are the best in my opinion.

    ppr draft tuesday....need help!

Thanks bro I appreciate your thoughts. I'm almost positive a decent back will fall to me in the 4th for sure and have been targeting Moreno as he is the most likely to fall and I think he gets 200-250 carries and could catch 40 passes this year in that offense. I would love for P. Thomas to fall as well. Again thanks!

    ppr stategies

Based on league history and what people have said I'm pretty confident that only one of these 3 will be taken Smith,Wayne,Jennings and I would be happy with any combo of those guys. This league also rewards bonus points at 100 yds rushing which while not hurting Bushes value it does bring some other guys into his potential point range. I was leaning towards going wr/wr and I appreciate your comments....Thanks!

    ppr stategies

I'm picking #1 overall in a ppr 10 team league that has 2 rb's, 3 wr's and a flex. I've always gone rb/rb in the first two but this year I'm considering going a different route. I know at the 2/3 turn I can grab a couple of elite wr's like Smith/Wayne but I would be passing on Bush as my #2. What are you most comfortable doing in a situation like this? Bush is a huge wild card in this format and its hard to pass up on 2 #1 wr's to pair with MJD for example. I guess it comes down to if you have Bush rated higher than the wr's are potentially will be there like Smith/Wayne/Boldin/Jennings. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    ppr draft tuesday....need help!

I'm picking #1 overall in a 10 team ppr league that has 2 rb's, 3 wr's and a flex My question is who do you take at the 2/3 turn if you have Bush and at least two of the following wr's Wayne,Smith,Jennings,Boldin? I like the idea of having 2 elite wr's and grabbing a couple of rb's later but also hate to pass on Bush if he finishes top 5 which is possible in a ppr format. I'm leaning going wr/wr at the turn to pair with MJD and then grabbing someone like a Ward/Moreno etc. at the 4/5. Do you guys have Bush rated higher than those receivers? I've always gone rb/rb in the first two so this is new territory for me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hope Solo is my favorite athlete EVAH!

Im sure no one will believe this but I actually went to school with hope and was good friends with her older brother. We somewhat dated/hung out for a short period of time. She is a cool gal and I agree with what she said. In some ways this will help out womens soccer and her giving them both alot of exposure. There is no way they cant leave her on the team.

    Bush on the fftday rankings

When people talk about how the saints will stick to what they did last year I think they are making the mistake of looking at the whole year and assuming thats what they did all year and that isnt the case. The last few games Bush did get a greater percentage of the carries and did run the ball inside the 10 and actually scored a couple running them in. My original projections are more in line with what they did the second half of last year when Bush did a much better job running between the tackles. I love Deuce but he is 30? and Bush is the most explosive player in the nfl, how can the saints not try to get him more touches?

    Bush on the fftday rankings

Im not understanding the reasoning behind the projections for Bush. He is projected for less overall carries then last year and barely more rushing yards. All reports out of saints camp point to more carries for Bush and it definitely looked like it late last year when Bush really started to figure out the running game and the speed of nfl defenders. I think he closes in on 1000 yards rushing and gets 50-60% of the carries instead of roughly 40% of the carries he got a year ago. Am I crazy or is fftoday alittle conservative on Bush? I would love to hear from the fftoday guys on this one and anyone else who has thoughts on this.

Who will unseat LT as consensus #1 pick?

I think Gore, Bush and Pedersen are the 3 most likely to jump into the top spot. I also like Sjax but would put him just outside these 3 in future years.

    BIGGEST Steal of the Draft

Portis is definitely a steal. For those going rb,wr if you can grap Portis in the third your going to be very happy. This is the same guy who was a concensus top 5 pick 2 years ago and is fresh. Expect a big year from Portis.
