Good point

I wish I could disagree but I cant. Of course they will contend for the AFC, they always do.

We all know how the NFL changes quickly..yet on paper the Pats have a very easy schedule next year. I have yet to hear a word about it from the national media. Are they scared of him? I guess there is a bigger story....The Pats getting punched in the mouth. LOL They may have won 3, and they may win next year, but its very gratifying seeing Belichek walk off the field a loser in this game.
-
Yes, it makes you wonder. Here is a blog from http://blogs.rotoworld.com/Fantasy_Football/index.php?page=1 posted before the game. It said Gostkowski was nailing 52 yarders with ease. By Gregg Rosenthal rotoworld.com Gostowski on target "I didn't see every kick, but Stephen Gostowski didn't miss a single one that I witness. He went up to a 52-yarder, and nailed it with at least five yards to spare. Bill Belichick likes going for fourth downs rather than kicking long field goals, but Gostowski certainly has the leg to give it a shot up to 55 yards."

You are exactly right. Wasnt it Belichik who said something earlier in the year when everybody was accusing them of running up the score that the game isnt over until it says 0:00 on the clock? F-ing hypocrite he is. I love it!!!!

Peyton Manning's best chance at a Super Bowl was last year.

My apologies if this has already been discussed. I used the search function but kept getting an error message...nonetheless there will be some who haven't seen this. Sam McGuffie, from Texas I believe, is a Michigan recruit at RB. You have to watch some of his highlights on youtube, they are incredible. Its not so much his speed, but his cutting ability is incredible. Yeah, the competition probably wasnt the best all the time in these high school videos, but, the cuts were still made, and the level competition has nothing to do with cutting ability. Here is a link to a youtube search of his videos. I suggest watching the one entitled "MCGUFFIE MIXTAPE!" Then the one titled "McGuffie Hurdles Shugarts" where he jumps clear over a guy who is in a linebacker stance...it was staged but still.... http://youtube.com/results?search_query=Sa...p;search=Search

I know its a rule but... Can anyone explain to me WHY a team cant advance the ball when the kicking team recovers it? I cant think of any. THANKS
-
I agree. VY hasnt impressed me at all. I think David Garrad is everything Vince Young wants to be.

Yeah, but it was 20 degrees inside that day in the stadium. Just like some teams leave their grass really long to slow down the other team, the Lions turned off the heat. Thank Matt Millen It was as if the game was played @ Lambeau!! J/K

Thanks Murf. BTW: There was a piece in the Indy paper going through the highs and lows the RCA Dome has witnessed since 1984 the Colts first year here. (They move to a new stadium next year) The 2005 playoff loss to the Steelers was voted the lowest point in the history. To this day it still burns to even talk about it in Indy. But, Pitt got it done no doubt.

In the 7 road games Peyton played he averaged 3.29 TDs per game. In the 8 home games he averaged 3.25 TDs per game.

Guess we are just luckly to be able to watch both of them. Of course I'm not a fan of Brady, but there is no doubt he is one of the great ones...as much as i hate to admit it.
