    I've been willing to reserve judgement on Weedon until now, but after that performance yesterday, I'm fully on board the "Weedon Sucks" express. Just lousy. Constantly late on throws, like he's still in college and waiting for guys to be wide open. Hopefully this vote of no-confidence by the Browns coaches in not automatically naming him as the starter for next week will light a fire under him.

     

    But don't forget to reserve some blame for the Browns coaching staff too. This is the same Norv Turner calling plays who absolutely ran the Chargers offense into the ground over the past couple of years (notice how much better they look without him). I mean, they're keeping Cameron in to block all day so that the wildly mediocre Greg Little and Devone Bess can run more pass routes.

    I'll agree with the turner comments for the most part.. However, they almost have no choice but to have Cameron block. Weeden holds the ball so long that he would truly be sacked on every down without additional help.

    I started the other TE du jour, Tim Wright :wall:

    I went back and forth on them for Graham replacement this week. Went with Reed. And now I'm thinking crazy thoughts of trading Graham for a upper tier QB (I have nobody).

    Thoughts on the Jets defense this week? While Pitt has seemed to come alive on offense lately the line is still horrid and lots of sacks and turnovers could be had. I just worry they could just as easily put up 30+ on NYJ as well...

    That's who I have plugged right now. I'm not sure what to think either. Basically I'm hoping for a pick-six and 4-5 sacks. But like you said they might throw 28+ points up as well. I don't feel great about it but not a lot of this week.

    I'm not sure I would do it.. Forte would be nice to have but colston & bowe are trash right now and probably will continue to be. Gordon is a beast though. On the flip side, I'd rather have Marshall,garcon & shorts. Lastly I think I'd rather have Leveon over Richardson as crazy as that sounds. He looked good in his first start.

     

    I'd try to counter with a different package.. maybe CJ,marshall and shorts for Forte and Gordon? He may not go for that though.

    I just traded for Calvin. Gave up Knowshon Moreno. I'm now starting Mccoy and Lacy. I have no running back bench to speak of but I am starting AJ Green, Calvin Johnson, and Jimmy Graham,so I'm happy with the trade. So far nobody in my league is complaining about it so it must not be too bad of a deal. Hope this helps.
