  1. I'm playing for 1k, and I need to field the best team possible. Can you help out please? Starters: QB: Peyton Manning @home vs. Miami RB: Reggie Bush @home vs. Carolina RB: Ron Dayne @home vs. Cleveland WR: Laverneous Coles @home vs. Oakland WR: Larry Fitzgerald away vs. San Diego TE: Chris Cooley @home vs. NY Giants K: Keading @home vs. Arizona D: Chicago @home vs. Green Bay Bench: QB: Philip Rivers @home vs. Arizona RB: Edgerrin James away vs. San Diego RB: Corey Dillon away vs. Tennessee WR: Vincent Jackson @home vs. Arizona TE: Alge Crumpler away vs. Phily TE: Tony Gonzalez @home vs. Jax I haven't heard too much about Coles injury, and am not sure if I should keep him in the lineup. I also don't know how long Peyton will play.. I know that SD needs a win to get the first week bye and home field, so would you plug in Rivers there? I've been winning all year with Peyton... Do you think my RB's look ok, or would you plug Edge, or Dillon in? How about my TE's, and my Defense?? Houston and the Jets are out there in the FA market, I can pick them up; or should I stick with Chicago? I really appreciate the help; please help me field the ultimate lineup for the week... I will help you with yours, please leave a link. Many Thanks, berryhill

    TE Help

Who would you play? I know that I have 3 great options, however, at this time I have Cooley plugged in my lineup. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks berryhill PS. Would you go with Chicago, or the Jets Defense? I've seen it on this board, however, I don't have the Jets D, and don't know if it's worth the transaction fee to pick them up over Chicago. Many Thanks!!!

    Bench Bears D/ST for Jets?

I have the Bears too, and I'm sticking with them... They got me where I'm at today, I'm not giving up on them for the last game of the year. Stick with the Bears....

    Peyton, or Rivers

I have Peyton (who's carried me all year long), and Rivers on the bench. Do you think that the Colts and the Chargers would rest those QBs? If so, do you have any suggestions on a QB that might be out there in the FA pool? Thanks for the help.... this is my Championship game.

    Championship Game

From Texansfan : OK, made it to the championship game! Due to some injuries (DJax & K.Jones) I have some issues with my flex spot. Options are: M.Pittman vs. Sea - Decent if Caddy is out V.Jackson vs. Arz - Solid the past couple weeks, but will he get enough looks? D.Rhodes vs. Mia - Scared to use him after last week Kicker: J.Elam vs. SF - Good matchup and at home, health and weather a factor? D.Akers vs. ATL - Weather issues maybe?i] Texansfan, I would play V.Jackson.... he's been on fire. For your kicker, I would go with Elam; I think the game will be higher scoring game than the Phily v. ATL game. Thanks for your help; I might plug VJax in my lineup too... it's just so hard to take out Coles.

    Championship Game

Hello Fantasy Football Gods, Ok, thanks to all of you, I've made the Championship game.... This is for a thousand bucks to the winner, so, any help with my starting lineup would be greatly appreciated. This is who I have starting this week; please interject any opinions or changes that you would make. Again, I really appreciate your input, honesty, and time helping me out a bit. Starting Lineup: QB: Peyton Manning hosting Miami (Miami has a tough D) RB: Reggie Bush hosting Carolina (You never know what Reggie will do) RB: Ron Dayne hosting Cleveland (Ron Dayne has been great, and he is playing the 3rd worst Run Defense in the league with Cleveland) WR: Laveranues Coles hosting Oakland (Oakland has a very tough Defense, but, it's Coles we're talking about... WR: Larry Fitzgerald @ San Diego (Same situation at L.Coles; and I know that Leinart will more than likely not be playing). TE: Tony Gonzalez hosting Jacksonville (I think Gonzo can exploit Jacksonville, gutt feeling). PK: Nate Keading hosting Arizona (Keading is money, and SD scores a ton). D: Chicago Bears hosting Green Bay (Chicago's been money all year long). Bench: QB: Philip Rivers hosting Arizona (again, not sure if Philip Rivers will play this game) RB: Edgerrin James @ San Diego (not a good matchup) RB: Corey Dillon @ Tennessee (not too sure how good Tennessee's Run D is)? WR: Vincent Jackson hosting Arizona (VJax has been the man in SD with all the injuries, however, I'm not sure if San Diego will play Philip Rivers since they have the division locked up. WR: Darrell Jackson @ Tampa Bay (DJax is hurt) TE: Alge Crumpler @ Philidelphia Some questions I have are: Do you think Indy will keep Peyton in the game, even though they have the playoff spot locked up? Any basically, what do you think about my starting lineup; would you change anything up? Thanks again for everything!!!!!

PEYTON MANNING or PHILLIP RIVERS ? ? ?

Same boat I'm in.... It's hard to sit Peyton, but, you have to weigh the opponent as well. Champ is going to be all over Harrison, Dee Williams is going to be all over Wayne, they have an excellent set of safties who will be playing zone all night, it could pose for a long night for peyton. With all that said, I'm playing Rivers... Hopefully it doesn't come back to bite me in the @$$, but, you know that the SD v. STL game is going to be a shoot out, and take in the fact that they are playing in SD.

    Chad johnson or Darryl Jackson

even though seneca wallace is starting, i still think djax gets in the end-zone at least once tomorrow. i'm starting him on my team, and all other reports that i've read are telling people to stick with this stud. my vote is for djax. i have a tougher dillema, i have rivers and p.manning. as odd as this sounds, i'm thinking about sitting p.manning, and starting rivers against that bad d in STL. p.manning will have a tougher time in denver, and i'm not sure if he'll put up enought digits for me. what do you think? thanks, berryhill

    Cadillac or Reuben?

yeah, i'm leaning towards droughns as well.... i normally play bush, but, he's play bmore. help me with this; would you play rivers or p.manning? remember that rivers is playing a d that gives up a lot of points, and p.manning is playing the great denver d. i hate sitting p.manning, but, with all things considered; do you think i'm making the right choice here? thanks, berryhill

    Bulger or Rivers

not to nice killing this dudes thread.... stick with bulger (he's a great fantasy qb)... i have peyton, and rivers and i'm actually going to sit manning b/c of denver's d. rivers should be able to light it up against STL.

    Need Some Starter Help!

Rudi&Chester (both great RBs) Steve Smith&Berrian (can't go wrong with SS, and Berrian is the deep threat, light it up guy for Rex) Please help me with mine: P.Manning or Philip Rivers Reggie Bush, Corry Dillion, or E.James DJax, Keyshawn, L.Coles, L.Fitz A.Crumpler, T.Gonzalez J.Wilkins Bears Leaning towards this: Rivers (I'm leaning towards Rivers, b/c Manning is facing a very tough opponent this weekend) James (I think Edge can run against GB) Bush (Reggie is constantly putting up at least 10 or more points per week, he's my x factor) Keyshawn (Great fantasy value, starting opposite of superman himself in Steve Smith) L.Coles (Coles is always a great threat) A.Crumpler (Seems like Vick found his target) J.Wilkins (St.Louis scores a lot, so, he'll put up the points) Bears (what else can I say about this Defense) .....my dilema is, should I play Manning, or stick with Rivers? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, berryhill
