Agree - Losman; Warner's going to turn it over too many times against that vaunted...though peculiar...Detroit Def.

Pittfaithful replied to stukatz's topic in FFToday Board
I had AP and lost! Here's mine: P. Rivers C. Johnson Roy Williams P. Crayton AP K. Watson Owen Daniels Rob Bironas Tenessee My opponent: Jay Cutler T.O. Greg Jennings Nate Burleson Addai M. Lynch Kellen Winslow Kaeding Green Bay Sucks.... -
Need help! I'm having a heck of a time deciding which two recievers to start this week, got a choice of the following: C. Chambers K. Curtis S. Smith L. Evans 8-team league, no PPR; I'm leaning towards Evans against the lousy Cincy def and Curtis (Benching Steve Smith to teach him a lesson. He's in "time out" because of his performance over the last 3 weeks) QB: Brett Favre, Derek Anderson RB: Westbrook, M. Lynch, S. Alexander WR: Chambers, Curtis, Smith, Evans TE: Shockey, V. Davis K: Bironas Def: Pittsburgh

*** The Official Pittsburgh Steelers are Dead Thread ***
Pittfaithful replied to Franknbeans's topic in FFToday Board
No, he was cornerback, opposite of Washington first, and then Townsend. I had actually hoped that they'd move Scott to safety cuz' he likes to hit so much. I just find it ironic that we let go of our tallest CB, and now we're getting beat on all of the jump balls while he's intercepting Peyton Manning. -

I can agree with that, though they might just ruin another cornerback. Did anyone notice Chad Scott's plays last night...and he wasn't good enough for the Steelers, right? Perhaps its not the players, but the scheme. -
Who had the sack to start Leon Washington?
Pittfaithful replied to whitey2876's topic in FFToday Board
Blah...blah blah....blah blah........ Smartest thing you said: "to each his own." -
I've gotta' say - if there's one thing that the Steelers can do; it's make a quarterback look good. As far as I've ever seen, Vick isn't the real thing. It drives me crazy that he has a good game after whining about lack of appreciation. Pansy...

Who had the sack to start Leon Washington?
Pittfaithful replied to whitey2876's topic in FFToday Board
I played him. My three RB's are Willie Parker, Steven Jackson, and Reggie Bush. Bush and Jackson had bye's, so I read up on Leon, and picked him up off of waivers. I'm winning 94 to 74 right now, but my opponent still has T.O. to play. Hell, I'm thinking of starting Washington against Cleveland next week! -
I just traded Warrick Dunn, Anquan Boldin, and Reggie Brown
Pittfaithful replied to Jamy_Z's topic in FFToday Board
Well, IMHO, sounds like a pretty good deal to me. One thing that I see is that the 2 WR's that you ditched have Stallworth and Fitzgerald opposite them. Sure, Brown and Boldin have had some good weeks, and will continue to do so; but, they may lose a bit as Stallworth and Fitzgerald come back in healthy (Mcnabb and Leinhart will have to spread around the ball). LT is always a stud, and I'd give any RB in the league to pick him up, even Warrick Dunn. All in all, I'd say good deal, and you've got a good team. Again, that's just my opinion. -
Gotcha, thanks. I'm just a little anxious since I didn't start Delhomme last week due to fear of the Raven's secondary. I'll be cursin' myself for that to my grave.
-
Okay, here's a dumb question - should I start Delhomme or Leftwich this week. Delhomme's up against Cincinnatti, which may mean he'll get into a shootout with Carson Palmer. Leftwich is the points-favorite, as he's up against the powerhouse in Houston. However, I fear that he'll get too much of a lead and then Del Rio will go conservative with a heavy dose of Fred Taylor. Anyone else with this problem, or am I the only one with QB anxiety?
