In our league you must start 2 QB. Favre is my no-brainer. But who should start between Kitna or Palmer?

I'm only asking this because my league is a rotissiere (can only start a player a max. 3 weeks in a row) and we must start 3RBs. With Sammy Morris being out 4 weeks I'm now stuck. I'm also too far down in the waiver order to get a Bennett or Faulk. After watching Alexander this week his days are numbered. Who gets the workload out of Weaver or Morris?
