I like trading its part of the fun of F/F but in one league im in i have this idiot who is obsessed with Cutler and offered me a 3/4 tier R/B and a also run TE for him . i explained i have no need of a backup r/b or a 2nd TE but ill consider a W/R . he then 1hr later offered the same players for Romo again i declined . once more he offered the same TE ( olson ) and the same R/B i give up i sent him a note telling him not to waste my time if you want to seriously neg i told him offer a players who would improve my team and ill trade a q/b to improve yours have a quess what he offered the same trade again last night . its annoying and rude and a waste of my time he must have a lot of time on his hands

OKAY you got it . how far back do you want me to go . before the 70s im not sure but from the 70s thou early 90s we had a good group that included . billy kilmer sunny jurgensen joe theismann mark rypien doug wiliams To name a few . since then we seem to have slipped into a mode of drafting the worse and trading for the has beens LONG LIST including ...... health shuler jeff george shane mathews danny wuerffel pat ramsey patrick campbell and of course macnabb HEALTH SHULER was almost certianly the start of the decline we picked him high built the team around him and he SUCKED BIG TIME Now he is a lying politician amounst all the crooks where he belongs

We just had a incident like that in one of my leagues there was a lot of discussion about it and we decided ONCE you accept its valid unless of course 2/3 of the magrs object that doesnt happen very often .

Well i got Benson in one of my keeper leagues . he may not be in the top 10 but he will only cost me a 15th rd pick there is no doubt he will be one of my keepers I took matt forte in the same league with the 5th pick. ill stay away from him this year if i draft that high , total disapointment

anybody who reswponds thanks for your time :-) Im in a yahoo custom league . the league is set at drop a players he immediatly goes onto wiavers . yesterday two magrs dropped and picked up players for what seemed like forever at least 15 transactions . i followed it and saw one mge dropped a player and picked up the same dude 3 mins later . there was a player i liked so i tried to pick him up only to find he was aleady on wiavers (15 mins after the transaction ) i emailed the com and he * checked it saying it was a *cliche in the system *and perfectly legal each of the players dropped ahd the *wiaver* icon beside their name . he also said he tried it with a players and he did the same dropped him and picked him up 1 min later . i checked the transaction sheet and in fact that did happen he dropped a player and picked him up minutes later . i tried and the players went immediatly onto wiavers *as per setting * then the bombshell... he said the players involved were his wife and brother in law .... the week before she had traded a player to him and on the wed after the game traded him back ... commish they were new players and didnt *understand the rules *. is it possible in the experiance of those who are comm that such a cliche could be there ? . or was the waiver ican just switched of during the transation executed by his family ? i of course will leave the league .should i i just leave or report it to yahoo ? it does seem that ***somethng aint right ...with this league and the comm * but the question is IM a fair man do you think im being two picky?? and i should give them the benifit of the doubt that is my usual mode of operation . the league is yahoo the untimate fans 1 id 131091 my team is skins #1 looking forward to a reply JOHN ATKINS emjay151@austin .rr. com

We moved from northern va to texas *wife job related * and one of the conditions i got was sunday ticket every year as im a die hard redskin fan . That was about 10 years ago every year ive seen the * special early bird - repeat customer * price rise significently first year I think it was something like $130 now its well over $200 almost 100% rise in 10 years . The problem now is the NFL are scheduling more and more games on thurs / sat meaning less games to see sunday daytime ,(night games are not included in sunday ticket ) Direct tv still advertises "up to 13 games " you never hardly see that many . playoff and preseason are not included . As thing are right now with the economy and a 50/50 at most chance of my wifes job going bust or at best a drop in earning we are thinking of one of the things we will have to sacrifice is *sunday ticket * Ive been doing some research as when the 2009 schedules comes out i bet the Skins will have at least one sunday night one or two monday and proberly a thurs /sat game so with the cowboys games that are always televised here i will miss a max of 10 games . hardly worth the cost that this year will exceed $300 i bet .. some things you have to do to survive in this financial crisis and some thing will hurt a lot but this one not as much as first thought .

Im in a keeper league this trade just went down ,we dont have a objection rule as the league was formed initially by fans who knew each other in person or by chat rooom . the trade was this ' MANNING P for ORTON and a exchange of slots in next years 4th round draft . the owner of manning has no chance of even going to the playoffs he has 2 wins, and the owner of orton is in 3 place and wants badly to win . The comm has the right to review the trade but doesnt seem to want to do anything about it . what do you guys think am i being unfair in thinking its collusion? should i just shut up in case im labeled as a bad loser ( im in 9th place ion a 12 team league ) ? do you think friendship in regard to the comm has got in the way of action to reverse this trade ?? im just venting comments please

Yeah and as soon as the trade was finalized the owner IMMEDIATLY dumped the ravens and picked up a lower tier reciever to replace the one he traded .. .. he doesnt reply to my emails

This is the situation My league is divided into 3 div 4 teams in each ( nfl ) . im in second place in my div with one less win but more points than the current leader . 4 teams go to the play offs each div leader and the team with the best record of the remainder ( me ) the mgr leading in my div has just got a trade put to the members and in my mind its unbalanced . he has got a mgr from another div who is in last place and no hope of getting to the play offs to agree to this trade . stallworth FOR ravens def . the team accepting the offer has the cowboys and as its past the bye weeks doesnt need another def . the team making the offer already has holt ward hackett ingram we play 3 w/r Stallworth is the best w/r in the other mgrs team . the team making the offer will benefit greatly by having stallworth especially as he has two players from the same team ( seatlle ) on his currant roster . i cant see any upgrade /benefit to the team excepting the offer he is left with 2rd tier w/r s ,cowboys at present are rated above or equal to the ravens . am i being paranoid or is this colusion ? this trade will greatly impact wether i catch him or not and wether i go in the play offs as winner or wild card .
