I remember a coupla years back when Vinatieri threw a TD. As my kicker I thought that I was due the TD pts (cash bonus for high score that week). Our commish contacted Sportsline to act as an outside arbitrator to resolve the scoring issue. The reply was that although there was not a change of possesion the kicking unit becomes special teams when they move away from the scope of their specialty??? Using the same principal, once an offensive unit loses possesion they become a D/ST when trying to recover the lost ball. In the event that it is recovered for a TD it is scored to the D/ST. It's really a grey area that can be argued for both sides...my opinion is that Curtis ges the TD
