This really is a no brainer. You end up with Mccoy, DMC, Foster for RB and Fits, and Nicks in your WR spots. Done and done. Will be shocked if you don't win championship.

12 team keeper league. Standard scoring. Owner can keep up to two players each year for a fee of one round higher than they were drafted. Player can be kept max 2 years then has to go back to draft pool. My team: QB: Vick (Flacco) RB: CJ2K, McCoy (Benson, Jacobs, Pierre Thomas) WR: Boldin, M. Williams (S. Moss, Antonio Brown) TE: Witten Offer #1 CJ2K (can keep two more years) + McCoy (cannot be kept) for Ryan Matthews + MJD (both can be kept two more years) Offer #2 CJ2K + S. Moss (both can be kept two more years) for Beanie Wells + Roddy White (both can be kept two more years) Offer #3 CJ2K + Flacco (both can be kept two more years) for Andre Johnson + Mendy + Cutler (all 3 could be kept 3 more years) Are any of these offers better than what I presently have? Have been a bottom dweller past two years, sit 1-3 this year, and want to win but not at the cost of making me bad in the future. Thoughts?

Without thinking twice. Pettigrew is poised to break out. CJ is at worst the same as Felix, at best top back in the leagu.e Mine? Click here

My Team: Vick CJ2K, McCoy, Benson, Jacobs, Snelling M. Williams, Boldin, S. Moss, A. Brown Witten I have been offered Fitz + Bradshaw for McCoy + Boldin. I like McCoy's upside a lot this year, but it's hard for me not to be tempted by an overall more balanced roster w/ Fitz and M. Williams as my two WR's What do you guys think? 12 team league. No PPR. All TD's=6pts.

10 team league? 12 teams? PPR? Roster limits?

Drafted second in 12 team keeper league. Two maximum keepers (keeper costs one round higher than previous year...minimum 8th round pick). 1st Round (02) C. Johnson - RB 2nd Round (23) M. Williams - WR 3rd Round (26) J. Witten - TE 4th Round (47) C. Benson - RB 5th Round (50) A. Boldin - WR 6th Round (71) L. McCoy - RB *Keeper* 7th Round (74) J. Flacco - QB 8th Round (95) M. Vick - QB *Keeper* 9th Round (98) S. Moss - WR 10th Round (119) B. Jacobs - RB 11th Round (122) Detroit Lions - D/ST 12th Round (143) J. Snelling - RB 13th Round (146) A. Brown - WR 14th Round (167) A. Vinatieri - K ---- QB - Vick, Flacco RB - CJ2K, McCoy, Benson, Jacobs, Snelling WR - M. Williams, Boldin, S. Moss, A. Brown TE - Witten D/ST - Lions K - Vinatieri ---- I'm happy w/ QB & RB situation. Wish I had scored a better WR, but think Williams/Boldin have good value. Frustrated that I missed on handcuffs for CJ2K&McCoy. Took Snelling as the only remaining RB's were back-ups and I saw him as the one that had the best chance to produce if he got playing time. Leave yours. I'll reply.

I am playing in a keeper league. I have the #2 overall pick. In terms of RB available (not being kept), my options will be: CJ2K, MJD, Turner, Forte WR available: Andre, Roddy, Calvin, Jennings I am already keeping Vick (costs 8th rounder) + LeSean McCoy (costs 6th rounder). What would you do? p.s. Our league allows for 2 maximum keepers, where each keeper can be kept 2 years tops and costs one round higher than their previous year's draft position. Free Agents cost 8th rounder. Any player kept has to at least cost an 8th rounder.

To the top...thanks in advance for weighing in.

I have been poking around trying to find how to improve my fantasy league for 2011. I have always wanted for us to have our own website where we could store custom history records, better league banter, etc. Do any of you play in leagues w/ their own custom pages? Anyone know of companies that design sites? Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

I think this study would hold more water if the majority of WR's in the league weren't 6' or taller.
-
#1-Nicks - gets the bulk of the redzone looks and is plenty young and motivated #2-Wayne - one of the best of all time but his best days are behind him #3-Miles - Had a great 2009, came down to reality in 2010, no telling what a healthy Romo and Miles can do in 2011...biggest risk in the bunch

I owned S. Greene all year and he never got off my bench. It was a very disappointing year from a 2nd round draft pick. I see the worry that Hillis may not duplicate his production, but S. Greene hasn't shown any promise other than a few playoff games January 2010. I say you make the trade.
-
I am 1-6 w/ almost no chance of making the playoffs. My roster is below. It's a keeper league w/ a 2 year maximum for each player that is kept. Can keep 2 players/year. Andre Johnson cannot be kept by myself or anyone else after this year. The proposed trade: Andre & Orton for Big Ben & TO? I would get to trade Andre for Big Ben who I get to keep for an 8th round pick next year, and plug TO into my starting role to make it look like I am still trying throughout rest of 2010. Thoughts?
-
You just summed up my team exactly. Kolb/Vick & Orton and 2nd rounder was Shonn Greene instead of Matthews. I would take this trade if someone approached me with it. I don't love starting Orton but he has been the #3 QB in our league so far, so I guess stats don't lie. Hopefully you are doing better than I am. 1-6 and on the outside. Take a look at mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=375096

PLEASE don't listen to those guys. You get LT who has been lights out this year and get rid of a RB2 that plays for the freaking Panthers. They have been god awful. I take that trade and enjoy the wins. Mine? http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=375096

Full roster and restrictions in signature. I am 1-1 and playing one of the better teams in the league Shon Greene v. MIA 3.4 fantasy points/week MIA has given up 12th fewest points to RB's - 15.4 fantasy points/week to RBs (1.9 to Fred Jackson, 24 to AD) ESPN Projection - 5 points Felix Jones v. HOU 4.2 fantasy points/week HOU has given up 6th fewest points to RB's-14 points/week to RBs (7.9 to Addai, 15 to Portis) ESPN Projection - 4 points Kevin Walter v. DAL 15.1 fantasy points/week DAL has given up 13th fewest points to WR's - 17 points/week to WR's (7.7 to S. Moss, 13.7 to Hester) ESPN Projection - 12 points I don't like starting a WR normally as my flex, but maybe that's the move this week? Is it unnecessarily risky to start both Andre and Kevin Walter? I am playing against an owner that is starting Tony Romo. Do I handcuff Romo's points in hopes that Felix grabs a screen pass and breaks it for a big one? I'll answer yours...

I like Maclin in this one. Vick has found him twice in two weeks, but Knox, Cutler, and the Martz offense will be throwing often. I don't think there is a huge chance for risk here, as I could see both going for double digits (30 yards + TD). B/C Eagles have a better matchup v. JAX, I would go w/ Maclin

Pick my flex dingleberry.... (LEAVE A LINK TOO!)
qb jack replied to idlewild's topic in A Little Help!
I wouldn't trust the other two. I don't know if Green goes for more than 11 at most, but he has the most consistent chance to get that many compared to your options. Mine? -
I am going w/ Floyd and Jackson. I wouldn't want to put so much faith in WR's. I think GB tries to get the run going today and they need Jackson to be involved and in rhythm to get going this year. Mine?

My lineup is below. I am 1-1 w/ three games against the best teams in the league between weeks 3 and 5. The trade would be Steve Smith (CAR) & Felix Jones for Ryan Matthews and Hines Ward. His lineup: QB: Eli RB: Turner, Foster, Matthews WR: MSW, Ward, Santana Moss, Naannee, V. Jax TE: Vernon Davis Should I pull the trigger?

My lineup is below. What do you think? It's a keeper league. I'll answer yours

I like LT's matchup and he has played a lot better than Garcon. Starting Garcon would just be hoping that he gets some of the hot streak from Peyton that Wayne/Clark have gotten. That is playing a hunch. I think playing LT is a safer bet. How about mine?
