Everyday. A small breakfast as well. Like a yogurt, some fruit. Mix it up where I can. Try to keep it different. BLT's are good. I do that a few times. Sometimes hotdogs, or I will grill up some brats and take those. Today it was cucumbers and tomatoes cut up with some awesome raspberry poppyseed dressing. I have a leftover container of beef stew my wife made, but not sure I want it. Chicken salad on pita is definitely a go to as well.
