I think it depends. I don't have any real world experience with dementia. But all I have read is its very hard on the loved ones, and not so much on the one suffering from it, as they are essentially clueless. Cancer, especially bone cancer, is painful and it hurts everyone. I don't wish that on him, heck I don't even wish it on Kamala. They were bad politically and in my opinion did a lot of bad things.
