Evaluate for whatever, 90 days? 6 Months? Then start the cuts. With backup to properly document the double work, the waste etc. Maybe that's impossible in today's gubbermint

I absolutely hate when anyone loses their job. I am in no way celebrating this bloodletting. These are real people with real bills and lives. I hate to see it honestly. I feel less bad about those that are just getting paid and milking it. And they are out there. That's kinda where I am going. I feel, and this is just my opinion, that many people decided to not vote, or even voted for Trump over Kamala, because of how bad she was. I wonder if those who truly despised Kamala would have at least voted for Biden in the hope Trump wouldn't win.
