Massachusetts braces for 'most extreme cold on earth' and whopping 12 inches of snow. DAMN you global warming!!

Unfortunately we do live in a society where scientists have increased in their level of "can't be trusted." Why? I don't know. Is it politics? Money? Something else? I can't be sure. But there seems to be an increase in scientists with an agenda rather than being 100% factual. And that sucks because it's hard to tell who is who anymore -

Well, the problem with the scientific community you blindly follow is they are wrong..a lot. They only know what they know and guess at a lot of the rest. I'm not saying they are absolutely wrong, but just cause they are from the "scientific community" doesn't immediately make them 100% right about everything. We as a society have followed scientists through human history, only to find out later they were wrong. I'm more careful and somewhat skeptical of the scientists out there. -

LOL Ok Man. Yeah you go me. I would prefer an American born person get access to American things over foreign born people who aren't here legally. -
Would you vote for a politician that thinks young people are stupid?

Generally speaking, when you see that Rogan preface, it wasn't Rogan. Someone just added it ahead of time. I see many many videos like that. -

Meh...Don't care. If she's that great, let her contribute to her home country, that appears to need it more. I would rather an American born had her spot. These little one off stories are funny. Are pro removal of illegals supposed to say "Holy cow!!! Stop deporting now!" because of this? Nope. Keep shipping them out. Sometimes dolphins get caught in the tuna nets. -

I still struggle with this thinking-- That there is no other source for the warming of the Earth than us. The earth that has gone through multiple climate changes in it's history. We literally just emerged from an ice age 15,000 years ago. Which means zip to humans who only live 80, but in the history of the Earth, 15K means jack squat. I'm sure you will next show me how much the earth has warmed in the last 100 years or whatever, and correlate that directly to fossil fuel use. Yeah, that certainly has merit, but is that the only possible reason? I am just not convinced. And to your point, there is no real need to get worked up about climate change. We will never ever stop it, no matter what we do, so it is better to adapt to it and learn how to protect ourselves from it. But I'm still not 100% in on it being only humans fault. -

While liberals wanna obsess about Trump running for a third term and the east wing remodeling....... Can we discuss the suspension of SNAP benefits? This is obviously bad. For a lot of reasons. 1) there are 40 million people on SNAP...WTF?? I had no idea there were that many. 2) It seems, quite a large % of those recipients are undocumented...Or so I have seen browsing around. Can't confirm this data. Just what I saw Now....with all that, it still is really bad that many people who actually need this assistance may not get it on Nov 1st. This should absolutely be the reason the democrats come back and immediately vote on a CR to open the government back up. There could be some significant issues with crime coming up in a week or so if this doesn't get fixed fast

Actually. I enjoy movies, a lot and a lot of classics. But yeah I've missed those. Some day. Just to give you an idea, I think Citizen Kane is a tremendous movie. One of the best. Cause I'm old and stuff -
