I dunno. Baseball is a lot of travel. And during the winter with their $$ they can go anywhere. Who they call home during the regular season seems irrevelant
-
His girlfriend is banging too

I dunno...it's tough. Skubal went 13-6 this year. I understand run support matters etc..and he will very likely win the Cy Young. But 40 million for 13-6? Yeah I know...Intangibles. Which I so badly wanna see tonight
-
Yup. Most likely. Tigers just don't wanna spend the money
-
Skubal's agent is Scott Boras. Rumor is he is seeking 40 million for 10 years. I agree, if the Tigers can get him for 40 over 5..maybe 6, I'd be ok with it. 10 years is too much. I think they might have found a gem in Melton. Kid has a good arm, is young, and has a killer attitude. I honestly don't see Skubal as a Tiger next year.
-
What the Tigers need to decide. Either sign him in the offseason, or trade him.
-
Well....On the flip side. Skubal's contract ends after next year. Sooo if he wants $40mil a year, it's a good time to show up on the national stage

That's what I was saying earlier. As a broadcaster, you do not want to mess with the NFL. -

Well at this point, like usual, I will just end with "Ok Tim." Have a wonderful day and weekend -
I am going to say the needle has moved off the "no way" position at this point. And will keep moving to "way" if this Jets team continues to play like this

I just don't understand what you don't get about how not wanting to read the indictment doesn't preclude me from discussing financial issues. You are an extremely weird guy -

Again Tim, seems you're missing the point. I enjoy talking about financial issues, yet, and I know you don't truly understand how to have a discussion that doesn't contain a political angle, I really truly don't care what happens with this. -

No.. Like I said I have no interest in it. Some questions were being asked, and I answered them based on what I know about some things. Which I clarified immediately. Again, all I said is I don't trust your opinion about it because you are very partisan. I still have no desire to read it. And frankly I don't care what happens with it. But your opinion has to always be called into question. After all, you vigorously defended the superintendent who was found to be a really bad guy. So you can't be taken at face value based on your partisan opinions. Have a good day. -

You hopefullly understand your partisanship makes your opinion of this kinda suspect right? I appreciate your thoughts, but I can't take your word for it. -

If thats all there is, I don't believe that's illegal. So I gotta say theres more there, since the grand jury felt she should be indicted -

OK. Like I said, I didn't read the indictment. I just know that little piece of mortgage fraud -

We all know you position. leave all the illegals here, give them free healthcare and welfare, and eventually amnesty so they can vote democrat. The other side doesn't agree with this approach. And as always, you act like only your opinion is the right one. But there are lots and lots of people who want the other option. -

a secondary home is any other home outside your primary. And you can do whatever you want with it. but you have to identify it as a secondary home when you apply for the mortgage. If you declare it as a primary, you are guilty of mortgage fraud. -

I *THINK* the thing is, you can't buy two houses and list them as both your primary residences. Mortgage lenders tend to apply higher rates to second homes, because the default rates are higher. Therefore, identifying a vacation home as a primary residence can be fraud to lower your mortgage rate--even if you rent it out, you still cannot call it a "primary" residence. Doesn't matter what you do with it. I'm sure it's probably 10000X more complicated than that simple summary. but that's all I know
