Saw it this weekend. Very very meh. The story was dumb, the characters were dumb, and the "science" was hella dumb. So I was let down. I had heard(without reading) that it was really good. So I decided to check it out. After being disappointed, I went online and checked out reviews. Usually at that point I check out reviews that mirror mine. To see if there is a consensus with what I was seeing. Anyway, I did see a lot of negative reviews where the reviewer was upset that climate change wasn't mentioned. I immediately skipped over those reviews.

Yeah unfortunately I agree with you about the AP. They seem to have drifted further left lately. My thing is I generally believe all media is biased. Everyone. Unbiased media is as dead as---dead. So I keep that in mind when checking out their products. I go to CNN sometimes, cause they have some decent, non political content. FOX is my main go to and their bias is right in your face. Yahoo is OK..Cause I can pick and choose which articles I might want to read. Generally I scan headlines...Many times you can deduce whether an article has lean by the headline.

If the election were held today, I'd bet Kamala would win. There is just wayyyy too much anti Trump sentiment and he is definitely a flawed candidate. Kamala sucks too, but again, the democrats are simply voting "not Trump" Makes no difference who their pick is, and they picked probably the worst they could..But they had to. They are betting that the "not Trump" voters will give her a win. And right now I believe they will get it

I live in Michigan where the auto industry is still huge. The EV mandate, push, whatever you want to call it, has done some real damage here. Auto companies that were trying to comply with the mandate, are losing billions--and backing off their pledges because the consumer doesn't want it. Suppliers are getting spanked as they tried to ramp up as well, only to get hurt by this. The "big three" are NOT awarding multi year contracts to warehouse and transportation providers. Wanna know why? Cause they don't know what will happen in the EV market. If a warehouse or transportation provider can't get a longer team agreement, that means they will have to charge more for a one year deal---which leads to more cost to the "big three" and more cost to you. It all adds up, and very quickly.
