No no no no no. When the vaccines came out, we were told over and over these were 95% effective in preventing you from catching it.(J&J was like 72%) THAT was what was told. THEN it turned into, well they vaccines will make covid less severe. I'm not on either side of this vax argument. I got the first two, never got a booster. But this was initially wrong-100% wrong. And don't try to change history. It was just wrong. Bad science or whatever, but we were told it was effective in PREVENTING covid initially, not making it less severe.
