Anyone officially heard who is starting?
-
I like Breaston............I think he will have a really good week vs Dallas.
-
I would start Cam this week and see what happens. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=328485

I like Cam..........I really think Dallas will try to utilize Barber more this week and control the clock because of their secondary issues. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=328485

Jones and Buch.......both should do Ok this week. I just dont trust the Balt situation at all. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=328485

I really like Breaston this week vs Dallas. Should be high scoring and Breaston should catch 6+ balls with a td imo. I would see if you have something on your team you could drop for 1 week and pickup Breaston. I would play him over either Ocho or Roy. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=328485

10 Team, PPR league I just made two trades and wanted some input on both. 1. I give: Roth, Stewart, Fitz I get: BEdwards, turner, Mcknabb 2. I give: Housh, Turner I get: LT, Welker So combining the two it really was: I give: Roth, Stewart, Fitz, and Housh I get: Mcknabb, LT, BEdwards, Welker ** I think the trades are fair and essentially helps my squad because both Welker and BEdwards have had their bye weeks where the rest of the players still have bye weeks coming up. My squad now is in my signature below. Thoughts on these trades?? Leave a link.

I here ya, I'm a Niner fan and even though they are 2-1 I think eveyone knows they could easily be 0-3. I firmly believe M&M has complety screwed up that franchise!!

I think they should keep it exactly the way it is for a number of reasons: 1. No matter how you cut it, their will always be a week division. Even if you have a division (NFC West) that appears to be week keep in mind they play the highest % of games within the division (IMO division winner desearves playoff spot). The way the playoffs are set up it would be extremly unlikely that the division winner from the consesus weekest division would make the NFC or AFC championship or even win a playoff game. 2. The NFL will not incorporate 8 teams from the AFC or NFC for a number of reasons. First, 8 teams would almost certainly mean that 1 or 2 teams from both leagues will have a losing record. Second, because the #1 and #2 teams would not have byes this would mean that the chances that they are knocked off increases tremedously (remember the NFL is about making $ and if the SB was between the AFC#3 and NFC#5 the NFL would lose a significant amount of money). 3. Reducing each league to two divisions means more travel time across the country for each team increasing expenses, owners would not want this. Also, reducing each league to 2 divisions would elimate the chances for most teams by week 8, which also would reduce the revenue for owners and the NFL. Keep in mind that even though the NFC West may be the weekest division, the teams are still generating revenue from fans and for the NFL because each team still has a shot to win the division. 4. This is a spinoff of #3 but with the losses of revenue from uninterested fans this could lead to teams in smaller markets to close shop (the NFL does not want to do this). The NFL wants to ensure they keep football in the eyes and ears across the country to keep revenue up. Thats my two cents. I like the set up as is and typically dislike most rule changes especially if theirs a possibility that it could affect the integrity of the game.

Here's an idea: Start charging next season but only new people. Those that have been here before get a free liftetime pass but new members get charged a annual fee of $10. This will keep all the current members here but slowly will change the site to a pay site. This would possibly allow Mike to add new enhancements and possible increase moderators (possibly pay them a small fee) to help Mike out.

I disagree with everyone so far. I firmly believe the fact the both Manning and Harrison were 1. rusty and 2. played MN and CHI are the biggest reasons for the numbers being down. IMO Harrison will end up with at least 80 rec, 1100 yds, 8 td's this year which makes him much better than Royal. Of course this is my opinion but until we see Harrison for a couple more weeks we really wont know.

IMO your a little thin at both RB and WR (but it does depend on how many teams in your league). I am not much of a Bush fan myself and I believe his numbers with fall off as the season moves on. It basically comes down to who will score more pts this year and I firmly believe it will be Wayne. Stay put. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=325022

Should I drop Cardinals @ WAS in order for a one week play - Seahawks vs. STL?
ChadMan replied to HTH's topic in A Little Help!
I would keep Cardinals and not make any move....I would normally say drop PThomas but that leaves you with only 3 RB and I would rather keep the depth. I would check the wire and see if their is any other RB to pickup for Thomas but obviously you would have probably done that already. I would stay put, thanks for the reply. -
I would stay away from Taylor, he is usually a non-factor most weeks. Looking at Mannings stats from last year he threw for 4 TD vs Jags at home. I would start Harrison until its proven he has lost a step (I believe his stats are down because they have played MN and CHI so far). I would say Harrison should be good for at least 75 yds and 1 Td this week. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=325022

I agree with everyone else, leave Maroney alone. He is in a bad RB situation and I like what you have at RB. Check out my post: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=325022
