    Good job Seattle Defense!

The Seahawks are a shame... they lose to SF twice??? Are you kidding me... Didn't the Green Bay Packers just beat SF in SF... yet they can punk the Seahawks at home... I hope the Seahawks don't make the playoffs... They made Alex Smith look like a Top QB in the 4th Qtr and forgot how to tackle Frank Gore... and to score 7 points... forget that junk score at the end... you are telling me they couldn't get into field goal position all game??? Hasselbeck sucks, Alexander has been jinxed.... and the Seattle Seachickens couldn't stop a powder puff team.

12 team league, 3 keepers... roster size 2QB, 4RB, 4WR, 1TE, 1K, 2DEF, 2FLEX I traded up in the 5th round to 5.01 to take him.... I think there was like 12-14 RB's kept. RBs left were D'angelo Williams, Barlow, Lundy, Benson, Houston

I picked up Turner in a keeper

I just wanna know how you pick up Turner NOW... in a dynasty league??? Wow, he should be on teams in MOST leagues

Post your loses due to CBS this week here!

The fact you started Maroney over Fred Taylor isn't CBS's fault...it's yours... CBS screwed up cause they can't keep their site running at the most critical time... but no way should you have had Maroney in for Fred Taylor... thats your BAD

    WOW

Is it a start 2 QB league? That may explain somethings... If not, how is Drew "grampa" Bledsoe the best QB you could pull in round 8. When you post a goofy drafted team, you should explain why it went that way... like I got LJ at #4 overall cause the guy at 2 had a hard on for manning... or you have a bunch of RB crazy guys, so everyone went RB for the first 23 picks.... People strike out at posts like this usually cause no info is given and the poster thinks he did so well...

    Tell me why

McNabb is just such a Chunky Soup kinda guy, and everyone's eaten Chunky Soup... so it's hard for alot of people doing Rankings to forget about him.... Brady completed a pass to 1/2 the team last year.... he's rated where he is because he is that good... with 3 great receivers he would be sick, but NE likes to shop for receivers at the Goodwill. Bulger can't stay healthy, but the same can be said for McNabb... But I 1/2 agree with you... out of those 3 it should read Brady, Bulger.... McNabb

    Drafted last night...

I have not problem with the first 3 rounds.... I don't like Hasselbeck in the 4th... but, how long is too long, cause your 5th and 6th picks are solid.... so I'd like to know what QB's were there in the 7th and RB's available in the 4th... Otherwise, it's a good team... you fixed the Martin goof and you got Dillons backup... The key is what you do with the body of work.... I've seen a few teams lose there first 3 picks to injury or suckiness and then managed his team to a superbowl win...

    Draft

What are the lineup requirements? If it's start 2RB and a flex then you are not in great shape as you only have 2RB's and a bunch of rookies that are backups right now. You stole Jackson in the 2nd.... what that the 15th pick??? Must have been a few WR taken between your 1st and 2nd pick. So I love the way it started... Jackson as your 2nd WR is not good.... he's got issues in camp and you are taking a big risk with so little RB depth.... Though I like Manning and Bulger, you can only start one (most likely) so I would have liked to see what you could have had if you changed up the WR and QB picks... I like Shockey... but again looking at rounds 4-8, it seems like you let alot of talent get away...

    Keeper league help

Your post is confusing... you don't have rules, so that makes it hard... every league is different... And you give no info on any of your rules... so no one is going to be able to help you....

    Cowboys Camp Notes

Sunday was a single session in the afternoon.... I plan on going back later this week or next week and will include new updates to this post as things will start coming clearer... after really 4 practices, its hard to say anything except to post some observations... Bledsoe looked ok today... he didn't air it out, and they only ran 7-7 drills, not 11-11.... He hit TO on some slants and worked with JJ on screens... He missed TO on a short slant, throwing behind him... but he will be fine.... Still looked pretty sharp otherwise and he has alot of weapons... Romo - this experiment should stop... I know it's only sunday, but he doesn't look good out there, overthowing quite often... Drew Henson looked much sharper... didn't see much of Mroz today, as he mainly helped on drills Saturday.... Day 2 went to Julius Jones... he had one of the plays that got the crowd cheering, making a nice cutback move that broke him open.... Barber had a quiet day. Tyson still looks rusty out there. Whitten ran over Roy Williams today... and short slant.... wasn't a HUGE collison, but for this early, was enough to put Roy on his tail and get a reaction from the crowd... They have alot of TE's in camp (at least 7)... no one really stood out besides whitten today. TO looked good again... he made some nice catches over the middle, and during drills just looks so much sharper than most.... Terry Glenn is having a solid start... he was trailing Owens in a shuttle drill and they looked syncronized.... funny how the footwork between vets and the youngsters is pretty clear watching the drills... It appeared (only 2 days) that Owens is working with Sam Hurd, don't know if there is a connection, but he warms up with him each day... and when they were throwing the ball to each other, seemed like TO was coaching his kid... Just something to watch.... Crayton was more involved today, though he seems to still get more balls from Romo than Bledsoe... The camp was slow today... plays weren't developing... Bledsoe actually took off running on one play.... a couple of plays restarted.... One of the young wides (don't remember which one) was running with the entire team... across the field... and back... and then everyone started a second time... coach called them back... but it took him 20 yards to realize everyone reset.... focus... Got to see Vanderjagt in action... he looked so sharp warming up.... Tee the ball up, step back, step up, kick.... He rotated with Shaun Suisham.... even the short kicks... it was clear who the veteren was and who the rookie was... Shaun would sit and wait, and wait... then kick as hard as he could from 20 yards.... then Mike would step up and kick it consistently the same height through the uprights, regardless of distance.... But when the team lined up, Mike missed his first one wide right.... Also, the punters first punt was horrible... but after that things got moving... Not alot happened... but it was good to see Bledsoe and Owens talking... Owens interacting with the receivers.... Owens was on the field about 8 mins before the official start time.... It will be nice to see more intense practices in the coming weeks... Jerry Jones came out and signed ALOT of autographs for the fans... this was nice to see... There was alot of media today, so they stole alot of players from the fans, and the autograph time spent was very short, though they did spread out more then they did yesterday...

    Cowboys Camp Notes

I just caught the afternoon session on Saturday and will be heading back today for the 2pm session and wanted to provide so observations... Camp opened Friday and things were still moving slow... it's the last camp in Oxnard so the place was packed... I was lucky to get down to the field before the closed off that section off and made people wait in line to get back down if they wanted to leave the field. Bledsoe looked good, only overthrew Owens on one pass.... Owens on the other hand was impressive... and I say this because it's practice and he seemed to be going after it... the other thing that was cool is he seemed to be getting along with the players and be in a good mood... I know, early in camp... he spent some time tossing the ball around with Sam Hurd, a Rookie WR out of N. Illinois... Owens made some great catches... and this boy is still fast, its like he's born to run toward the endzone after catching the ball... After practice he was heading toward the crowd, and while Bledsoe made a right turn towards the VIP section and didn't hit the main crowd, even though everyone yelled for him... when TO's name was yelled, he got a big smile and came over and signed for the masses, then on his way in, saw a large group of kids and stopped to sign for them. It's early, but if TO can stay this way, he's going to be huge for Dallas and Bledsoe. Glenn was Glenn... you could see that Bledsoe had confidence in him... Terrance Cooper had stone hands... he may have dropped 3-4 balls... and thats just what I saw. Patrick Crayton looked healthy.... and moved well. Sean Ryan and Brett Pierce (TE's) seemed like huge targets and were catching everything. They ran the passing drills to the RB's on the field next to me... Julius Jones looked good.... both running the ball and catching the ball... I didn't see any drops... Marion Barber looks fast in person... not sure how fast he really is, but he made some nice moves catching the ball. On play in particular, he made a great over the shoulder catch on a 15 yard out that was overthrown... Tyson Thompson looked thrid string.... McBriar looked a little shaking punting early, but toward the end of practice, he boomed a couple of punts.... Mike Vanderjagt was catching the punts and he can catch... and was totally playing up to the crowd... he's happy in Dallas... Also, Jerry Jones grandson "Shy" was with Mike "trying" to catch punts... he's a little guy and I was sure he was going to take one in the nose... he didn't catch anything but he did come over and play up the crowd and signed a BUNCH of autographs which has no fantasy bearing but was funny to watch... I'll post more that I see today and will pay more attention to Defense also...
