How does it taste?

Up north I had the Traeger , Weber kettle and gas grill. The gas was great for steak tips etc on a work night. The pellet smoker everything else, burgers were great on it besides the ribs etc

What do you smoke them on? I had a traeger up in MA but didn’t take it when I moved. Don’t know if I’m going the pellet route again or a Weber Smokey mountain etc. I found it relaxing and a good excuse to have a few bears or a bourbon or two
