Yeah I agree here I think. I wanted Ward and tried to trade up to get him I just couldn't get it done. I like Boldin's youth though and think he will be better with Warner.

This is exactly why we need a running total of every preceeding round in the current round's topic.

 

When we get into the later rounds it's going to be a focking nightmare for people to keep track. Mark my words: this WILL delay the draft.

 

People will pick and bounce, and oops....already taken. And the rest of us will wait. In one league it took a day or two to track someone down because they figured they weren't picking again for a while and it was hell.

 

If we had a list in each round's topic, you could do a simple "ctrl+f" and search for the player name. Easy to do - just paste the master "draft by round" list into the 1st post of each round's topic.

 

Otherwise we're asking for trouble. I speak from experience - I've run 2 of these online style drafts...one last year and one this. This year's went a lot smoother for having the lists.

Yeah at 5.09 and being the 30th RB chosen, is a risk with Barlow I can live with. Maybe. Plus, I have a QB unlike 2/3 of this league.

Barlow at the end of 5 is a great pick ! If he keeps the starting Job he might even be a steal there -- well steal maybe going over board it is Barlow afterall Solid pick though !

I like the Barlow pick. And like the Staley pick before it, I am actually pretty glad that they are gone, because I would have never been able to not take one of them at 5.10, even though they are unlikely to produce all that much. I am still plenty high on Barlow, but anything more than 1000/7 on that team is really asking a lot. And that's his upside, IMO. Not a slam on Barlow - just my impression of the Niners as a team.

 

 

But I am glad that the decision doesn't have to be made. It's exactly why I took CB in the 4th, so I hope he is healthy enough to be a RB3.

 

And now I can take my next highest ranked player without much deep though over it, so I'm thrilled that I don't have to consider them.

I won't complain, but I would like to thank my leaguemates once again for the Staley and Barlow picks. Made this decision a hell of a lot easier.
