Something new I added to the latest Compiler version was to allow the user to completely remove a position from the overall rankings if they so choose. By default, defense and kickers I believe are on this setting (i.e. not in overall rankings). On the parameters sheet, scroll down until you see the box 'Baselines'. See the question that says 'take pos out of...'? Change defense from 'yes' to 'no', re-compile cheatsheets and they should return to the overall ranking.
