Guest ActingWild Posted August 21, 2005 I'm trying to copy and paste my projections from FF Champs and the RBs, WRs and TEs are pasting over all into 1 row when I simply "paste" If I try Paste Special and select "text or unicode text" it pastes everything down in 1 column. I can't get the projections to actually spread out across each category. Instead everything is either in the Rank column or in the number 4 row. Please help! Guest ActingWild Posted August 21, 2005 Just to clarify, I'm doing each position individually. I'm not getting ALL of their stats on each page. I'm having this problem with each of those positions (for some reason the QB's worked fine....it's all the other positions that I'm having problems with). My draft is soon. Please please please help. Mike MacGregor 20 Posted August 21, 2005 Instead of using Paste Special, does just "Paste" work?
Guest ActingWild Posted August 21, 2005 No, paste inserts all the players and stats into one single cell.
Mike MacGregor 20 Posted August 21, 2005 Highlight the range of cells with the data, and select Data > Text to Columns. Now, I'm making an educated guess here on how to separate the data into columns (so try different options if this doesn't work) but choose "Delimited", and Next. Then check "Space" and see if that separates the data into columns. If not try the other options. Hit Next. Proceed to Finish. Working yet?
Guest ActingWild Posted August 21, 2005 Yes, that seems to be working. Need to make sure only the "TAB" button is selected in the delimiters and "Treat consecutive as one" as well. THANKS!
