Below are the league rules regarding cut-down date, which we have already gone past. We also need to have a waiver wire prior to the season beginning.

Roster Drops

A team can drop a player at anytime. The maximum number of players an owner can have is 28 to be cut down to 24 before the season starts. Cut down date is 3 weeks before the season starts.[/B]

 

Roster Adds

There will be a free agent add/drop period between the end of the rookie draft and the start of the regular season that will be conducted on a waiver wire system. Waiver wire order will be the opposite order of the rookie draft. This period will end once the regular season begins the first game.

Thanks Shox for alerting me to the rules quote. That should be changed. Players must be dropped by the 31st. I will start a thread to announce drops. Any movement on Steve Smith in that other league?
